This used to be my go to place in Brea. I'm not sure what happened. Since the pandemic, I've noticed the shop has been dirtier. I went yesterday and noticed the floor & table were all sticky. There was still chopstick wrapping and food particles on the chairs. When the pho came, we noticed this sour rotting smell. It turned out the noodles were bad. They replaced a fresh bowl, but we noticed the meat was a little sour. It's very disappointing and we were really afraid we will get food poisoned so we didn't finish the food. I hope they decide to thoroughly clean the restaurant and make sure the food is fresh before someone gets sick from it

Excellent! First time I ordered here- had the Garlic Noodles (those could honestly be a bit more garlicky/juicy-but overall-Ok) especially if you mix them with other stuff. Ordered the veggies- won tom soup- and the beef plate (with fries) that was my favorite- especially if you let the fries soak in tge meat juice ls- reminded me of an Asian lomo saltado (famous beef, Peruvian dish) Portions are pretty big too- all in all- I recommend

I would rate this place a solid 3.5/5 The food was well presented and plated nicely. Their lemonades come in a huge glass which was great for a hot summer day. My favorite dish was the wontons, which was really flavorful! It tasted even better with hot sauce. The egg rolls were also really good! They were light and fresh. If you're in the area and in the mood for some Asian food, I'd give them a try!

Extremely rude staff, don't EVER come eat here again! A kid tattooed up claiming to be a manager serving the people does not pay respect or have any mannerism towards people. If I could give a 0/5 stars I definitely would without a doubt.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would- came in with my family and had the WORST encounter with a waiter!! Not only were we not greeted and had to seat ourselves, he didn't even want to let us look at the menu. He was talking in the rudest tone and claimed he was the manager, like that gives him an excuse to be disrespectful to his customers. Needless to say we will never dine here again, and I would recommend anyone else to save a trip as well. Don't bother coming unless you want bad service and a meal ruined!

Not sure where we wanted to eat in Brea and discovered this restaurant. Great food and service

It's a small place with limited indoor and outdoor seating but we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the local activity. They only serve beer no wine but the Cucumber Mint Lemonade was super refreshing and fun to drink. Free refills, too! The Wonton Soup was delicious and they give free broth refills too! Coconut Shrimp and Cream Cheese Wontons were winners! There's free parking in the nearby structure and you can stroll around the area after dinner.

Have had this bookmarked on my page for sometime, the photos looked great. My sister and I left the office to meet here as Yelp mentioned it would open at 11 am. As we approach the door the sign said closed and it was about 11:20 am, one door was unlocked and figured maybe they forgot to turn the sign around. The server automatically said, "We are closed" and I asked "what time do you open?". He said, "Whenever the chef gets here". He wasn't unapologetic at all or willing to even check where the chef was. We decided to go elsewhere because if they aren't organized enough to serve customers on time, they probably don't care about what they put on the plate for you. Never coming back and based of the reviews of other patrons, don't waste you time trying to pop in -- they are open and closed at THEIR convenience.
I placed a takeout order for some crispy noodles, spring egg rolls, and a banh mi sandwich. The server on the phone said it'd take about 15-20 minutes for my food to be ready for pickup. I showed up 25 minutes after placing my order & still had to wait another 45 minutes. People dining in the restaurant did seem to be getting their food in a reasonable amount of time--everyone who came in after me got their food & finished eating in the time that I was waiting, so I was definitely the lowest priority. I do want to note that the food was decent (but definitely not worth the ridiculous wait) and they threw in a free appetizer for my patience. Tldr; would not recommend ordering takeout cause you'll be waiting forever

Drove to Brea just to check out this place, but was turned away, said they're closing. It was only 7:30pm and signs said close at 9:00pm. Doesn't seem like a one time thing either from the other reviews.

I was one of the last customer and they completely butchered my order. I even called them In advance and asked them if they can take on a big order and they said they were able to. When I got home. I realized They forgot 2 of my order I get it that they are getting ready to close but when u order 8 entrees u expect them to be there By the time I got there to pick up the food. The food was already wrapped up. And the guy there told me everything was there... well it sure wasn't. Missing the steamed fish and pork belly I'm calling them tomorrow to see what they're gonna do about their mistake.

Friends and I came here for a quick bite to eat before watching a movie. We got the beef and chicken chow fun. I only had the chicken chow fun and it was pretty good! The chicken and noodles got good flavors with a smokey taste to it. However, the noodles were kind of clumped together though, which is usually not my preference. I'm used to the Cantonese style chow fun where the noodles are more separated, but the taste was good so not complaining! The portion is pretty big; each chow fun fed 2 people satisfied. Would recommend. Service was good and the place was pretty clean. Definitely want to try other items from their menu next time!
