Yesterday early morning, I ordered a large hot Americano.I had my tumbler, so I asked the staff if he could fill up the Americano in my cup, and he refused. He said that he was not allowed to. (Is it because of the store policy, or did he not feel like doing it?) My tumbler was completely clean. Starbucks, next to a few blocks, allow their customers to use their tumbler and even offer a discount for saving their paper cup.I need clarification on why they are not allowed to fill up the tumbler when the customer exactly pays for the large cup price. Plus, I am saving their paper cup for them. I poured everything into my cup when the order was ready. What a waste. The manager or staff should be more flexible with customer service and policy.

I recently visited this coffee and juice bar and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. While I enjoyed the fresh and delicious juice, I was disappointed with the white mocha.I ordered the white mocha with high hopes, but unfortunately, it tasted like straight-up coffee with no flavor. I was expecting a sweet and creamy drink, but it just didn't deliver. I was left feeling disappointed and underwhelmed. However, I must say that the juice selection was impressive and tasty. The ingredients were fresh and the combinations were creative. I appreciated the effort put into the juice selection and enjoyed my drink thoroughly.Overall, while I was let down by the white mocha, the juice made up for it. I would consider coming back for the juice alone, but I hope that the coffee drinks improve in the future. Three stars for a mixed experience

Amazing smoothies, great produce etc. However, employees claim they are understaffed and are forced to close the smoothie store at random hours of the day to work in the bakery. I have often arrived before 2pm only to find the smoothie place closed. Supposedly, the smoothie bar is supposed to be closed at 6pm but clearly it is but a suggestion.

I'm a regular customer at the Whole Foods in Scottsdale. I stopped by this location with my family while on vacation. When we got back to our hotel we discovered that an item we purchased was moldy and expired in November 2021. Really gross.

This is probably the worst Whole Foods in the Orange County region. I was so happy when they first opened but the employees that work here are in a serious need of training in customer service! Each time I shop here, there is no hello, thank you, or goodbye from any of their employees. It didn't bother me enough to post a review until today when the cashier ignored me and refused to acknowledge me as I thanked him, yet he was asking how the lady behind me in line was doing. This time, this cashier's rudeness appeared more like racism. I will definitely never set my foot in this store again as the other locations are full of pleasant employees, all of whom I appreciate and respect especially during this pandemic! But the management at this Brea location should really take a careful look at their employees especially their treatment of the minorities!!!

Most of their employees are friendly except couple. Love their meat, fruit, vegetable and olive bar.

Ouch whole foods, this really hit hard... As a starving vegan, I purchased the blackened chick'n salad from the pre made cold case, like I normally do. I've had the product before so I knew what I was getting into. Delicious product btw, but, here is the issue... The moment I put it in my mouth, I realized it was rancid, and possibly so rancid I've been spitting instead of swallowing my spit until I can get home to wash my mouth with alcohol. Like, it was so rancid that it may have been growing botulism... Please see photos of the information of the product packaging time and date.

Whole Foods Brea ruined Thanksgiving. We pre-ordered 5 days ago for the Thanksgiving Meal that cost $79. When we got there to get the meal, they said they ran out of Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, and string beans. TERRIBLE. The whole point of pre-ordering is to have all the items. and also, GRAVY IS ESSENTIAL IN THANKSGIVING. Other people even had a SHORTAGE ON TURKEY. TURKEY!!! Customer service is also terrible. The young lady handling the orders didn't even feel sorry and just said "There's a shortage". Get your management in place. $79 AINT CHEAP FOR A MEAL.

I have had a terrible experience at the Whole Foods in Brea. I attempted to call whole foods to order sandwiches for tomorrow. I could not believe that I could not get someone on the phone at this store. Whole foods is a higher end store and prices in comparison to others are marked up at least 50%. The food is good but I called 5 times and no one answered the phone. I could not believe it. Why have a phone number listed there and no one is there to answer it and is able to help you. Disappointing. I can assure you that I will be going to Bristol farms which is just down the street and spend all my money there. I will not be going to that Whole Foods in Brea, CA. I am not the only one that has had a bad experience at this Whole foods store and many friends have mentioned it to me.

No one answers the phone and I tried 5 times. I called the help line and I could not understand the person helping me. Finally I reached someone who I could understand and they they told me I had to order 4 sandwiches 48 hours in advance.....ridiculous. I would rather go to Jersey Mike's....you can order and pick up in the same day.

Never any hot bar options nor vegan breakfast or dinner meals from the hot bar. When ask an associate they say they don't have anything either. Makes it hard to eat here. Coming from Long Beach Whole Foods that is always stocked up on hot bar meals and tons of vegan options. Had to drive all the way back to Long Beach just to get their vegan Mac and cheese they had a employee serving each person their hot bar. Brea needs to step it up.

Today 10/30 at 11:25am I saw an Amazon shopper picking celery from the fresh produce. A stock of celery tumbled onto the ground and she picked it up put it in a plastic bag and into her cart of customer orders. I pointed her out to two Whole Foods workers and let them know what happened so hopefully they confronted her and reviewed video. I'll never use that service again!

This is a decent Whole Foods. A bit small. Parking lot isn't overwhelmingly busy like most other Whole Foods. I would have rated them three stars because of the lack of customer service from their employees but I've noticed a number of new faces over the last month and there has been a huge improvement in the atmosphere. Keep up the good attitudes please! Bakery and Pizza are always fantastic.

My go-to when it comes to desserts! They're consistent with food freshness and have pleasant and attentive service. Also lots of vegan options!

The manager here Anthony needs to create a schedule on his computer that allows for the store to have an associate that can operates an express lane for customers.Welcome to the grocery business Anthony.
