Never a problem with pretzel, mini dog and their friends! It's always good! Plus point too this store qhas always been my favorite spot, it's hidden and I just love their friendly service! When I was working in the mall, this corner is my go to!

I went to redeem my birthday pretzel. I showed the cashier my offer on the app and hit redeem. However, she said my QR code was just a screenshot not a real one on the app, then she closed it. After I restated my app, the offer was gone.

First time visiting and service sucked. It was to the point where they didn't want to sell a thing. If they were nice I would have gotten something, but their service made me just walk out of the store. Never going there again.

Always love their pretzels! Whenever I visit the Brea Mall, I usually stop by Auntie Anne's for a plain pretzel. Just a little bit too greasy from time to time!!

Stephanie was super helpful and explained everything really well. It was my first time there in a while and the food looked delicious. I wish everywhere you go, people are as friendly as Stephanie.

Service is amazing. I highly recommend this store! Their pretzels are so soft and they add the perfect amount of salt to their salted pretzels. I was talking with the cashier who was very sweet, his name I think was Stanley and he helped me decide what sauce to get. He was so cute I wish I could've gotten his number! 10/10 service I will definitely be coming back for the cashier.

As a former Auntie Anne's worker I'm very picky of my pretzels. I can here on a Wednesday afternoon, while waiting for my invisible shield to be put on my phone. This location is next to the sears. Two gentleman were working. One was in training. I ordered a almond, cinnamon sugar, and a original light salt. I opted to wait the 10 mins. to have fresh ones out of the oven. They have raised the price since I've worked there. They use to be $2.14. I also ordered a cheese dip. The trainee had trouble with the coupon I had for buy one get one free. So the other worker has to stop making pretzels and help him. The thing I did notice is he did it while working with his gloves on and didn't change them when he went back to making pretzels. When our pretzels came out they were falling apart and me knowing how they are made, could taste that the water needed to be changed. I still enjoyed my pretzel and ended up getting my cheese dip free since the cashier forgot to ring it up. Just a tip make sure to change gloves after each task esp. in this time of covid.
