I've been looking forward to trying bafang and it did not disappoint! For $13 you can get 6 potstickers and a nice sized bowl of noodles! Although none of the food blew me away I thought everything I had was tasty and was great quality for mall food (especially for the price). The potstickers had good flavor and went well with their sauces but they could be a bit more crispy. The noodles were really nice and chewy and had great sauces! Service was quick and we got our food in about 10 minutes. The worker was nice and explained their menu to us when we asked. Overall a great addition to brea mall and I would recommend people give it a try!

So excited to hear they opened one in Brea Mall! It makes for a perfect snack during a shopping trip. COMBO #2 (6 Dumplings + Noodles) -the dumplings were good but not crispy -I liked the peanut buttery sauce but it was too spicy for me -good chewy noodle texture though! I would try their other menu items next time!

I didn't expect much from this location as I have heard some negative reviews about it, but I went and I felt that it was pretty comparable to other Bafangs. The potsticker are a must-have, if you go I recommend the sesame noodles and porkchop. Service was pretty prompt. Overall not as good as other locations (by a little bit), but great for a food court option and is decent.

So glad Bafang came to Brea! It's super authentic, tasty, and affordable all at the same time! My go-to orders are the - wonton soup signature potstickers signature noodles but all the other noodles and soups are excellent as well. Definitely a must try in the area :)

No line at 1pm Tuesday, was able to get my potsticker freshly pan-fried less than 10mins. Exactly the same hometown taste to my memory. The lady took my order (assuming manager) offered to order me the combo #1 and replace the drink with soup with $1 extra, saving me money, I love it.The only thing is the utensils & napkins weren’t included unless you ask which almost failed me when I was about the enjoy it in car, but I’m still happy for my potstickers.

Bafang is a well known chain in Taiwan. Finally we have a food court option with decent Chinese food. Beef noodle soup, fried pork chop with dry noodles, fried dumplings, hot and sour soup. Everything is consistently authentic and good.

My friends and I decided to try this place since we were very hungry. Let me tell you, us 3 were very unsatisfied. The pork chops, pot stickers and noodles did NOT look like the pictures on the menu. The potstickers looked as if they fried one side and the other nothing. It tasted frozen. They weren't golden or a bit crispy. The pork chops were only 4 pieces not the whole thing. The noodles were so sticky, not fresh, and just plain. My friend and I struggled to take them apart that we just didn't want to eat it. The dumplings had NO flavor. We were bummed out and felt bad to tell them, but we weren't going to eat anything at all. The cashier heard us and told I'm assuming her boss and she very madly gave us our refund back for the 3 of us. She was very upset handling back our receipts rudely. On top of that, my stomach started hurting and I'm sorry to say but I ended up throwing up. That explains it all. I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend this place.

Delicious! Came to the mall to shop with my wife and we wanted a snack. Well, she opted for Mongolian and I tried this spot that I was eyeing last visit to the mall. The spicy wonton are delicious. Flavorful. Actually spicy. I also had the kimchi and pork potstickers. Perfect amount of both main ingredients and love the crispy bottom. The cashier was friendly and the food was ready within ten minutes so rather quick. This place is in the mall food court so depending on the day, it's bustling and can get loud. Not that I mind. My two servings were just over $12 and a great snack. I'd come back for their other stuff

Was so hungry so came to the mall to find some lunch! Had such a long couple of days my body has been hurting so needed something tasty to forget my body pains lol. Found this delicious dumpling place at the Brea mall, they must have just opened. Had to try the kimchi pork dumplings and the potstickers. Both were so good, didn't really know what to expect. But ordered the combo number 2 which came with 6 potstickers and their signature noodles. I gotta say they were so good they also sell them frozen too. I would definitely eat their potstickers and dumplings again, the flavor and the sauce were on point. I really liked them a lot, the noodles were good but was a little unsure about the taste but did enjoy them. For Mall food I would say this place is pretty good! I give it 5 stars for being a new business and for delicious dumplings :) Have a really beautiful day :) Be kind to everyone - Aloha

Bafang has opened a few locations in Southern California. This location is in the food court area in Brea Mall. Their menu is a bit limited, but sometimes, you don't need too many options. For dumplings, you can either choose the steamed or pan-fried option. Pan-fried will yield a crispier crust, but steamed dumplings are a classic. Personally, you can't go wrong with either option. Make sure to eat the dumplings as soon as you receive them as they taste better fresh. The flavors here taste more authentic. Overall, the dumplings are good. Just expect them to be a bit on the pricier side as is everything with inflation.

Bafang Dumplings changes the perception of what's "mall food" is like and offers something different from your normal pizza or greasy snack fix. Their location is nestled in the middle of the Brea Mall food court with plenty of seating to eat your meal after you're done with your shopping! The menu is fairly straightforward and offers a variety of different combos. I chose Combo 2 which came with their Signature Potstickers and Signature Noodles. The total was about $13 which is reasonable given the amount of food you get. It took 5-10 minutes to get my food since the noodles seem to be made fresh. I was very satisfied with my meal -- the potstickers were nice and crispy while the noodles had a peanut butter base with a savory taste. Will definitely be back to try the rest of their offerings! I like how they offer frozen dumplings to take home to prepare.

First time at this place inside brea mall and few things. Noodles were great flavor but a bit dry. If it only had more sauce. The bowl was either too large for the portions given or I was short noodles. Dumplings are good. Unfortunately the sauce I had was not. Kimchi and some brown sauce. Cook assembling the dumplings by the window needs a chair. The counter is too short for his height and my neck hurt just seeing him assemble the dumplings. Would I go again? Absolutely.

Food was very good for being in a mall!! Service was also quick and easy. The pricing was cheap as well. The ambiance of the mall wasn't too crowded for being a Friday afternoon, overall good food and good service. My favorite was the Kimchi & Pork Pot Stickers!

Just ordered veggie dumplings. They were really awesome.. Also, they suggested I order some noodles. They're pretty good too. If you are at the Brea Mall make sure you try them out.
