Pizza was good but the girls on tonight lack customer service … the gentleman who made my pizza was the only one who paid attention

Service was great, ordered online which was very easy and the girl who handed me my food was super sweet :) The only issue was that my pizza was DRENCHED in balsamic vinegar when on the order form it says "drizzle" so I wasn't prepared for it to be soaking also the toppings are all comically oversized and make the pizza very heavy and cause them to all fall off. Messy experience but overall edible.

If only l can give zero rating !! They burn the pizza and when l ask for manager and the guy said we don't have manager! What kind of management who runs the business without a manager!! This location is the worst !! If the staff do not know about customer service closed the business !!!! To the owner I do not need a thank note or apologized or coupons!! The business need good management with staffs ! We stop coming at this location for awhile As l recall there was a manager and she was excellent in customer service !! To owner Thank you for replying! Good luck ! We won't be coming to this location!

A warning to all, seems this Brea Mall location specializes in burned pizza. I ordered for delivery three times recently, each order was for three pizzas. The first three had black flakes all over in the bottom. The next six pizzas all looked like this photo. At least we were able to eat the toppings which were really good, but the bottom half of the pizzas were inedible. Corporate office just informed me that they would inform the franchise owner of my experience, but no other amends have been offered. The store cannot be reached by phone. I have enjoyed many pizzas from Blaze Pizza before, so I hope they return to offering pizzas that are "fast-fire'd, perfectly crisp perfection" and not burned ones.

I give out 5 stars a lot but this is solely for the service. i didn't get their names but they were working around 1 pm on sunday december 3rd. it was a girl and a guy. they were SO NICE. the girl built our pizza so we got more time with her. she was so attentive and we even joked a bit. she was also reassuring other customers that she'll be with them in a moment.

The employees were rude, treated me like I was an inconvenience for ordering, and then gave my pizza to the wrong people. All while I was clearly standing right there, waiting for my order. They had no other pizzas or customers to deal with, they saw me standing around waiting to be helped, yet they did nothing. The only reason I ever even got a pizza is because the other customer returned it to me. While the employees watched and didn't say anything. I didn't say anything because I'm not one to make a scene but cmon. They let me pay $14 for one pizza and then had absolutely no care whether I actually got one or not.
Came here around 8:40 pm a couple days ago (Saturday night). The mall closes at 9pm & the guy who was cooking pizzas at the time had said they stop taking orders at 8:45 pm. So I said okay, and I noticed a mother and her other 2 children wanting to get food after and the same guy rolled his eyes and made a face having to go take their order. How unprofessional is that? I used to run a healthy restaurant and I would never tolerate that from any of my employees. Not to mention he also turned off the pizza oven right before taking my order. I then asked who was the manager at the time and they said they didn't have a manager? What do you mean?? This store is being run without any management? The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the other employees were friendly and remained professional. My pizza came out really soggy and i know it was because they were trying to rush it out before closing. Never coming here again.

Ordered a very specific pizza as my wife has severe food allergies (which is generally why we order Blaze Pizza). One of the employees must have thought it would be funny to sprinkle crushed hot peppers on the pizza. After not realizing what had been done, my wife took one bite and started coughing severly for over a half an hour. Alway check your pizza and NEVER order from this Blaze.

I ordered 3 pizzas through doordash. As soon as I got them, it was very shocking because I only got 2 pizzas. Plus, when I opened the boxes, all the bottom of pizzas were burnt and the quality was bad. So there was no way for us to eat even fraction. We ended throwing them away. So ridiculous.

A huge thank you to Miriam I might have misspelled it I'm sorry but she is very kind and even though my QR code would not work I was able to place a mobile order and she was kind enough to even give me an extra cookie for the trouble and what a treat too since I have only tried the brownies thank you very much

The worst blaze pizza I’ve had! If I could give it a 0 I would. The girl last night, 08/09/23 was rude. Only got 1 protein topping and she pushed my pizza along. She overfilled my pizza with basically the container of mozzarella cheese. Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. $18 for a disgusting pizza. Way too overpriced, you’re better off going to a blaze pizza elsewhere where they won’t be $18.
