Tuesday 3/5/24 Lunch at The Breakfast Factory in Brea. Enjoying a smash burger combo. It is an authentic smashed burger with tasty lettuce, pickles, and thousands island dressing. Their fries are thick and crispy.Blanca and Sandra service staffs,were friendly and service with a smile to brighten customers’ day.Note to owner(s) & chef: make sure lettuce is dry if not after putting dressing, water tends to run down the burger and it get messy.I recommend this burger joint to try. First time here, The guy with the White hat,Tattoos and mustache at the front is super rude and condescending. As I waited in line I watched his impolite mannerisms rush the guest to order food and get out of line. When I finally got to the front of the line he looked irritated that i chose to have breakfast at this location. I tried to get his name when I went up to get my food but, he ignored me with little care. Distracted looking over at the other restaurants goofing around instead of paying attention to his duties. Not a very welcoming location. Hope management fixes this behavior before they scare more customers away.

Yet another solid new addition to the Brea Mall food court. Bacon breakfast burrito was very good and the red salsa was on point! Definitely my new favorite local go-to breakfast burrito spot. Tater tots in the burrito is the way to go.
Typically I don't really review many food court spots at a mall nor do I review many burger places often but this place was actually worth a review. I got the double cheeseburger added bacon and fries combo. Burger was cooked and seasoned perfectly flavor all the way to the last bit was consistent I usually prefer my bacon on the crispy side but didn't change my opinion. Fries were fresh crispy and salted perfectly as well. I usually prefer straight cut shoe string but crinkle cut fries are my 2nd favorite. Highly recommend the smash burgers here will probably come back next time to try their burritos.

Hi everyone I came across this place to be honest with you there were really not any good spots to get quick lunch that tastes good until I found my go to place for breakfast lunch dinnerzzAnd just trust me once and just try anything on the menu can go wrong everything is very fresh and the food is absolutely delicious usually breakfast burritos is one of top fav. But the size of the burritos is huge I can not finish the whole burritos at one sitting so I safe it for later and it Have the other half for dinner...olesaseg

10/10 burgers. Everything they put on it is so good. I get grilled onions instead of regular and it tastes delicious. The wait time is not bad at all and the burgers have been hot and ready when I've gone. Hope this place sticks around for a while

Really good breakfast burritos! Nice portion as well and I was only able to finish half. Staff were really friendly. Quality of the food was amazing. You can watch them make your food. So it’s not premade and quick like fast food, which is a plus.
