We loved everything about our experience except the atmosphere was lovely at 5 p.m. At 6 p.m. the noise made it difficult to talk to the people at our table. Seriously, the food was amazing; the servers were very helpful. It just became increasingly difficult to carry on a conversation. We'll be back, but we know what to expect now.

At entry lounge is left/right is the restaurant. Parking lot was not too crowded. Happy hour is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. M-T (per website). A happy greeting waited on the face of our beautiful hostesses. Cedar Creek is dog friendly (patio) and Logan’s tail wagged.Signature items are batter bread, Marcy’s divine salad and the delicious Cedar Planked Salmon. Many finished off dinner with a piece of coconut cake. All was lively for OC Restaurant week.Good service here and architecture compliments all dishes—notice brackets on the base of beams in main dining room. All had a memorable lunch on the patio in the foothills of Brea. Enjoy dine in/out experiences. Thank You.

I had been wanting to come here for a couple of years and finally made it during OC Restaurant week. It was better than expected. I had no idea it was such a busy place, though. Parking lot full and most tables full by 6pm. Noisy, so don't plan on a quiet space. But it's decorated beautifully, the staff is very nice, and the food is great. Definitely recommend.

The decorations for the Easter holidays were a nice touch as I enjoyed my delicious french onion soup. However, my entree order got lost in the kitchen resulting in my food being served late.

Our service was very slow! I asked for a martini up and got a dirty martini. The food was good but now they charge for bread?? There was a crying baby in the restaurant which was very disturbing. 5 years ago the restaurant was great but they have gone downhill.

We enjoyed Cedar Creek during Restaurant Week. The prix fix menu was tasty, but portions were smaller than the usual menu offerings--not as much in our take-home containers! Beautiful ambiance, good service and tasty food. Recommend!
We attended a retirement party here, we had a Great time. Food, drinks, and service were all good! I will definitely return to this place.

One of the very restaurants we've visited in this price point (entrees < $60) where everything was on point: 1. We were seated on time 2. Service was excellent. Our waiter was very knowledgeable on any topic including wines, yet approachable and not stuffy. 3. Both our meals (one steak, one salmon) were wonderful. The chef actually knows how to cook a steak medium rare. Most places seem to favor the medium side of that equation rather than the rare side. Proteins, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables were full of flavor and properly cooked.

Half price wine night (Wednesday) was a treat. And Jessica is a wonderful server. It's always a pleasure when you see how your server enjoys their job. The seafood pasta dish was great and the calamari and crab cake appetizers are beyond wonderful. But, again I have to say that the attitude of our server makes for a fantastic experience.

We went for Restaurant Week as usual not disappointed I had the short ribs which didn't really look like short ribs to me but they were delicious I would do the salmon next time
