Went here last week and have been meaning to write a review. My brother and I went to this Chipotle and needless to say the staff did not disappoint. The waitress who served us was super kind and friendly. We didn't have one issue with them. That is how customer service works. When it comes to the ambiance of the location it was well lit. The environment looked clean from what I could see and everyone was using proper sanitization skills properly. That is a big bonus in my standards for good hospitality. My brother and I ordered one of the secret menu items known as a Quesarito. Hopefully that was spelt right. The food was prepped very well and the chicken was cooked right and we couldn't complain at all about it.With a rating out of 10 I would have to rank this Chipotle location a 9/10. Keep up the excellent service.

This location should perhaps stop taking mobile orders altogether if they are unable to load-balance walk-ins and mobile orders using a single assembly line.My mobile order of ONE kids meal was promised to be ready in 20 minutes. This turned out to be 40 minutes.After waiting there for so long as they seemed overwhelmed with just handling walk-in customers, I was finally able to grab a team member's attention, and asked if there is a problem with my order.It was just then they printed out my order sheet and started making it...

Worst Chipotle I've ever experienced. Over $100 order and all our guacamole are hard pieces of avocado! Ruined our whole meal, we had to open all our burritos to remove the hard avocado so we could even eat any of it. Avocado is so hard you can't even mush it yourself.

I’m super disappointed in my visit today with my daughter. I guess my expectations are high after spending years as a service manager (so I’ll change my review when I’m contacted). The restaurant was really dirty both in the dining area and behind the counter. The person that helped us didn’t wash his hands and seems new but the girl with him wasn’t very helpful. The taco lettuce was cut terribly and almost resembled the salad lettuce (I know the difference). I’m honestly scared to go in the bathroom so I’ll just wait.

I ordered a burrito bowl on Uber eats but when it was delivered the order was wrong. I had to go all the way back to the Brea Mall and find the Chipotle that was inside at the food court before I could even get my order fixed, there's a reason I ordered delivery yet still found myself getting extremely frustrated having to jump through hoops to get my order right

This review is regarding the food being closed out around 7:30. Proteins are low, but no sides, no guacamole, nothing left to put on the burrito. If you plan to order from this location, be sure to check what is available before ordering. The lady did put out some more cheese and lettuce after I asked if there is any more corn salsa, lettuce or cheese... which she said there's no more. Do better Chipotle, please, we lost so many businesses in Brea.

Zero start would have been more fitting Yelp needs to upgrade the star system! The portion was extremely small I felt uncomfortable looking at it for the price you way! I asked the lady hey can you please add a bit more chicken She said no this is the serving size! I wish I took a picture!! I took a 3 seconds while she asked me what I want for the side cause I was in shock looking at the portion. I quickly said you know cancel my order I am not I interested in paying so much for such small order! In a rude manner the lady turned away with the bowl and put it behind her as I walked away! This was an awful experience I rather not ever encounter people like this who's job is to serve my food that I pay for without pushback and ugly attitude.
