When it comes to salads, they have it packed down. Very good portions and fresh.

The service was impeccable. Shenn G helped me out. She had a very good sense of humor , she was attentive and helpful. With so many different options it can be a bit overwhelming when you’re building your own salad. The price was right for me and the amount of salad I received was beyond my expectations. Great service.

Prices are 3-4 more when you actually are in the store compared to what shows on line here for them. Up charges like crazy even if swapping out item for item (ie garbanzo instead of kidney beans). Salad was 18$ and only half full.

Their build your own salads are listed as $9.99 for 6 toppings, yet somehow the total was $15, plus an extra $4 for a small bag of chips and a drink. A not even halfway full bowl was $20, incredibly disappointing.

Great, healthy option instead of the typical fast food drive-thru. Excellent service from the minute you walk through the door. I went basic with a chopped chef's, but very good.

Marvelous flavors all pulled together, wrapped in a spinach-flour tortilla and grilled to heat it through and give it a nice chimichanga crunch on the outside. Simply outstanding, and just what the doctor ordered. Lots of flavors and presentation styles to choose from, even the option to "build your own" bowl, selecting whatever ingredients you like best.A simple little walk up to the counter and order place, clean and bright, with tables both inside and outside.

Horrible place... Idk what's happening to this chop stop it's going down the drain they used to fill up your bowl, and lately they fill it up half way... I'm not paying to get half a bowl this isn't the 1st time they do that.?I will be going to the chop stop in Chino... Where they have better service and fill up your bowl and it's worth your money's worth.

Fresh and fast. This was our first time at a Chop Stop and really like the concept. Wasn't ready to make too many decisions for a Build our Own salad so picked one of their specialties. Husband and I got the Cobb Chop (he originally wanted the Garlic one but they no longer have that on menu) and my son ordered the Caesar Chop. Super fast service and salads were very tasty. Portions seemed somewhat small for the price but definitely would get again.

I have been looking for a build your own salad place for lunch and Chop Stop hit the mark! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by (who I assume is the) owner and they asked me if this was my first time there. They explained briefly and effectively how everything works and what the options are. There are plenty of other menu items if someone in your party does not want a salad such as the "chopurritos" so I think this would accommodate a lot of different people. I chose the Santa Fe salad since it was my first time there and I wanted to see what they would recommend. I asked for no meat since I eat pescatarian most of the time and it was delicious! Everything was fresh, came out quickly and was a good portion. I wish the prices were a little better, but the quality is definitely there. I could tell this must be a favorite among locals because there were multiple people eating inside alone and a lot of people came in to get their pick up orders. There is no other place in this area with these offerings so it's my official go-to salad place. There is a lot for me to try next time!

Healthy chopped salads with protein and dressing on the side or mixed in. Menu wall board with lots of named salads are very helpful. Substitute ingredients with alternatives if you can't eat certain items. Served in recyclable bowls. Decline utensils, napkins and carry out bags unless you need them.

Can build your own salad, so if it don’t taste good it’s your own fault lol good service, good food. Only thing I don’t like is that they skimp you on the food here , fill it up.

Worked here for a while. Let me just say we are not treated great. We are not allowed to take our lunch and we are not allowed to take home our tips. We have to lock up our phones and have to be cross trained on everything and be expected to do everything at once while they give us minimum wage. They instead take the tips to fill the register and tell us to say to give us a good review instead of tip us. I don’t recommend working here as it was the worst job experience I’ve ever had. The manager insults you like nobody’s business and has a dictator complex. Don’t ever work here.

One of my favorite places to eat for lunch when I'm at work. Fast food & eating out can get tiring and so when I dont bring a lunch from home, I look forward to coming here. The ingredients are fresh, the service has always been great and the bowls are just delicious! I've tried a couple of the salad bowls but my favorite has to be the buffalo chicken one.
