Place is okay. Cinnabon is 100Xs better and fresher. This place I think uses frozen Cinnamon rolls and just adds the toppings. They don't taste that fresh and felt a little hard/dry.

ordered via ubereats and they got my order wrong. don't order from them via delivery service. the self note they have even says 8 oz tub of cookie dough. yet i get a scoop? in a take out container? and it was supposed to be TWO 8 oz tub. first time trying cinnaholic and won't be back

Overpriced cold nonflavorful cinnamon rolls. I should've read the reviews before coming it and just looking at stars. The cashier was NOT welcoming at all, she literally was just looking at us when we came in. Never asked for our order and waited until we talked to her. I'd rather buy a frozen roll at the market and heat it up myself

Hi there! I love cinnaholic, was super excited to try their new sweater weather and apple cobbler rolls. When i ate into the sweater weather roll a weird taste hit, it tasted like acrylic smells. A very chemical taste. Im not sure if it was in the frosting or the roll itself but it was very strong. I still ate the roll and still love cinnaholic, I was just put off by this taste as its not normally present and interrupted the other flavors. Hope it gets figured out.

Visited last week. Sent an email to the business and still no response. I went in with my sister last week we got a cinnamon bun and a shake. When I got My shake I tried it and immediately had to ask for something different . The gentleman working the counters responded with " yeah brownie is our worst flavor. None of them are good but that has to Be the worst " I appreciated his honestly but was taken back at the fact that he admitted that. So to compensate for the drink I returned he gave me 2 stale mini Cinnabon's . Which were definitely not equivalent to the $10 shake . I stepped out and asked my sister how her Cinnabon was and she also mentioned hers was hard as a rock. We went back in and the only worker was no where to be found. We finally gave up and left . Suggestion for the business : please consider fresher quality for your customers . Considering the cost I would have loved to enjoy what we payed for .

We have been a regular to this store because of my kid's allergy to egg and the lack of vegan bakeries nearby. Unfortunately, due to a recent unpleasant experience with their customer service (I presume the store owner since shop employees have been wonderful), we're taking our business elsewhere. A word of advice, pay special attention to the item description when you place order online. And don't listen to what the staff tells you about being able to make special requests for online order. If you order the wrong item and have to cancel the order, they charge you a service fee for service that is never rendered.

It was my first time and was excited to try it. My cinnamon bread was hard and tough. The taste was great but the bread was just hard. The guy who assisted me wasn't the friendliest either but the girl who handed my order was all smiles and was very nice.

Not amazing... We ordered an Apple Crisp cinnamon roll, and it came out cold. Only slightly warm (ish) in the very center. The cinnamon roll itself was hard, and crunchy almost. We were expecting a warm and fluffy cinnamon roll, so we weren't too much of a fan. The cookie dough was alright! And service was great tho, they let us try some different flavors of the frosting because we couldn't decide what to get.

I love the food here. Delicious and vegan but their hours aren't great. I'd love to come for breakfast but they don't open until lunch time mostly throughout the week. Such a bummer.Thanks for your comment Terri, but it wasn't very helpful. After i drop my daughter off at school in the morning is when I'd like to grab a roll for breakfast. I would not be driving there randomly later in the day for a hot roll to sit on my counter overnight so i can eat it the next morning.
Looked on google to find a dessert I saw cinnamon rolls !!! Little did I know it was vegan spot I mean who doesn't like MILK with a cinnamon roll I saw the fridge all this was almond milk water and soda So I had no clue Cinnamon roll just had to much sugar for me

I honestly can't give a review on how my cinnamon roll was as it ended up on the floorboard of the car. I can say without a doubt this place smells amazing! The lady working behind the counter explained everything to me as this was my first time coming in and was super helpful. I found easy parking and was greeted and helped as soon as I walked into the door. The one view I took of my cookie dough cinnamon roll on the way to the car looked and smelled amazing. I will definitely be back and purchase another one soon!

It's so good. Honestly the photos don't do it justice. I was skeptical and didn't think it would be that great, but it was amazing! I'm a purist so I love just a regular Cinnabon, but it was super soft, just the right amount of gooey and the perfect amount of frosting. The frosting is delicious, not too sweet. Definitely recommend!

Everything about my first experience will keep me from coming back. I stopped by to get 14 buns for a birthday celebration ($5+ a bun) and had an add on order. After waiting 30 minutes the order was ready. There were 3 big bags and the add on order was missing, which I discovered after getting home. I contacted the store and was told we should have checked before leaving. Seeing it was my first trip I had no idea what was in all the containers. Thus, since I'm suppose to know.. I guess I won't be back. The rolls are much better day off.. next day meh. So don't order ahead. Over all they are tasty but nothing really special.

THIS place is the bomb. Best cinnamon rolls you will ever have in your entire life. To think that they're vegan is all the more astonishing. The toppings are varied and incredible. You won't find a better cinnamon roll, I promise you, which is why I drive 30 min each way to get these. The best of the best. I AM IN LOVE!
