if i could give this store 0 stars i would. customer service was horrible and unnecessary. i forgot the employees name, he had glasses. seemed lazy to be there and no enthusiasm or energy in his voice. train your employees to be welcoming and treating customers with respect and positivity. thank you, i will not be returning, reporting to corporate.

overall, not good. my husband and i were in the area and wanted to go get dessert at somewhere we don't normally go. first let's talk service. the woman taking our order clearly hated her job. before taking our order, she disappeared in the back for over 10 minutes. she didn't acknowledge a thing either of us said besides rolling her eyes and working on the ice cream. the ice cream was not great.i got marshmallow ice cream with brownie and my husband got reese's ice cream with banana and brownie. i'm a big texture person, so this might be a bit biased, but the marshmallow ice cream was weirdly gummy. my husband liked his though. overall not really worth it. if your already there it's worth a try but i wouldn't go out of my way.

I highly recommend the ice cream here, this girl i believe her name was alani was so polite and she made sure our order was just right. I would recommend coming for its delightful treats and amazing customer service really sets the tone for the franchise.

I just went to your store. I ordered a small ice cream and asked your employee to please serve a small amount in the little cup for my toddler since the small was a lot. She was rude, she didn't do it she placed the smaller cup on the counter and walked away. She basically had the ice cream spoon in her hand but chose to be lazy and not provide good customer service. I served the ice cream in the small cup and obviously got ice cream all over my hands, she just stood at the register and did nothing, she then told her coworker something referring to me and they both looked at me and laughed. She rolled her eyes and I asked her for her name. She refused to give it to me, the other girl also refused. I asked for a manager name and was told they can't give me that info. I told her she was rude and she said that's ok. I paid and told her next time a mom/customer asks for a little more customer service not to be rude, once again she said that's ok and rudely smirked. Get these girls out of here! All in front of my kids, horrible lazy customer service and definitely rude! Not ever coming again. I hope a manager reads this, hire better and nicer people please especially in a busy mall.
bruh there always a chin hair in the ice cream every time. i asked for the manager and some musty kid with an afro came out from the back of the store. it explained everything.

My grandkids love it when I take them here. Have to admit I like coming here too. Everything is so good and I think it's a healthier alternative compared to a traditional ice cream shop. Just sometimes they don't have the flavors we like.

First off....bad costumer service. Lady was giving bad vibes, attitude and overall seemed like she hated her life:/. Second of all....ice cream was gross, specifically the oreo one. It had a weird grainy texture that was terrible. They weren't able to supply us with the sweet cream so they used the cookie creme and it made the whole ice cream really bad :( also they didn't want to make us waffle cones, and my daughter was very excited to eat her favorite ice cream (oreo overload) but was very disappointed. A friend of mine had ordered a small vanilla shake and it wasn't even a least bit solid, it was watery and unflavored.

Only one person working on Sunday. Very slow. Only 5 groups infront of us, yet had to wait up to more than half hour just to get serve. I feel sorry for the only employee that works on Sunday.
