First time buying from Crumbl (have received as gifts prior). Surprised there was a very limited selection but it makes sense as they can't make all types of cookies every day. Service was fast BUT-- I was actually *refused* I couldn't buy 6 cookies and have them put 4 in one box and just give me the other two. Mind blown. Not sure if it's a corporate rule but they lost in two more cookie sales and a really disappointed customer that will probably hesitate on buying again from the same establishment.

Great customer service and great tasting cookies! Super easy to enter an order and go. Especially since you can order ahead of time and they have the option to deliver to your car. I tell everyone about this place. I just wish that they were open on Sundays.
