I love the drinks but I don't enjoy having to wait an extra 10 minutes every time I order off the app. This should be adjusted if more time is needed. Also, too many times there have been missing ingredients I've paid for which is such an inconvenience when you order for pick up and it isn't ready at the time stated and you're missing the boba or the jelly you ordered. This just happened again on Friday. Honestly, I probably won't be coming back here sadly.

Wish this place was a little bigger Don't come here is you're watching your figure Unless your sugar level is low But if you do that the taste is no moThe regular milk tea is pretty bitter So increase the sugar, forget getting fitter For some reason the tea here is more bitter than a lot of other places I've been to. I usually get 25% sweet but here I need to get it about 75% otherwise it doesn't taste that good.

We were in the neighborhood and sister and I had time before our scheduled appointment down the street so we decided to check this place out. I ordered the large Vietnamese coffee 50% less sweet with boba and my sister ordered the Pick of the Month regular Monster Boba Latte also less sweet. Both drinks were amazing. Honestly I could still go to 75% less sweet and the coffee would still taste great. Even my sister who is not much of a coffee drinker thought that the Vietnamese coffee tasted so good- strong but so good. Service was patient and friendly. The colorful mural is definitely a piece of conversation. Parking was adequate and the place is conveniently located near the 57 freeway.Parking: Shared parking in the shopping center

Came on a Sunday afternoon after lunch. It wasn’t busy, the parking is plentiful, the staff are very friendly, the service is fast and the drinks are great. I appreciate that the boba was fresh. Definitely considering coming back in the future.
