Usually I absolutely love in n out but when I went here they seemed like they were in a rush with taking my order. I requested grilled onions and I received raw onions instead. As well as the burger seeming pinker and falling apart. 02/07 They never followed up and the service times are horrendous. One year and a month later no response what a joke

This is the worst in n out I’ve had in CA. Every time I go to this location the fries are super hard like chips and burgers and not well made. Specifically the night crew (from like 8pm - closing) are not good at what they are doing. Same with their service. There have been multiple instances that I’ve waited 20 min or more for my order as well. They prioritized the people dining in and gave them a free item such as a shake when I wait the same amount of time as them and don’t get the same service back?? Driving to Placentia or Fullerton is a hundred percent recommended since this location like to pick and choose and their workers like to slack off while their team lead/manager is trying their best to be fast. I have no idea how this place has a high rating
