I have been to many Jerseys Mikes. Nobody makes a regular 7 on white Mikes way with no tomatoes add mayo like Kayla in Brea, Ca. Chaz is a pretty close second. The entire staff is amazing, friendly and awesome. 5 stars .

Ugh No stars. Paid $30 for my sandwich and my wife's. This location just has no quality. I ordered online so I didn't get any experience to the customer service but like come on. The bread is hard as if it was sitting out all day. Then, all I order was Mayo on my sandwich and I guess I should have put EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA MAYO. One whole piece didn't have any Mayo and the second piece I bit into was just as dry. Between the hard bread and the dry sandwich, just a waste of $20 just on my sandwich. The location near my work is 10 times better than this one. Like, I could see if I went here 20 minutes before they closed. But I went 2 hours before they closed at 7pm. And I'm getting old nasty bread. What am I even paying for? Again, huge waste of money. Such a disappointment. Next time maybe they should realize if the bread is old and hard, throw it out!!! Ridiculous.

Always very attentive and make sure you get your sandwich on time. The time I was there to get mine and it wasn't ready they went out of their way to make it and even offered me a free drink. Always come to this Jersey Mike's

i don't know why they have to have attitude, came to pick up an order for uber eats and my order said that it had drinks but all they had to do is be nice about it because i asked a simple question. i felt attacked for just asking what my uber eats app told me. i give it 0 stars. december 9 at 12:50

For three nights had Jersey Mikes sandwiches from this Brea store. Last night, my third night, they used a limp and thinner white bread. Didn't get my money's worth. Bad move, Jersey Mike in Brea!

I visit this location at least 1x/week and the wait can be long at times. I usually just takeout and highly recommend ordering and picking up on the app. Staff is friendly and sandwiches are good.

I love Jersey Mike's! However, this one in Brea on Birch is DISGUSTING! Everything in the restaurant was dirty. Even the counter with the receipt book and gloves on it. The meat slicer was nasty. The counter where they cut the bread was nasty. The floors were nasty. The self serve soda machine was nasty. The grill was nasty. Just everything was nasty. Before the young man fixed my sandwich, I asked him if he could do some cleaning first. The manager need to do some surprise visits.

When you enjoy a freshly made deli sandwich and all you have are fast food chains such as Subway, JimmieJohns, or Jersey Mikes, the preference is easy. I've eaten all three at different times. Jersey Mikes is by far the best in the Brea area. Consistency is critical to me.

I walked in right before a man and stood behind the people waiting. He stood to the right of me and then cut in front of me in front of staff when I said something he said oh the like is to the right and the staff still took his order first. Of course he was a white male and I'm a Latina... interesting

The worst Jersey Mike's I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I love Jersey Mike's and this place is a disgrace. $11 for the tiniest wrap I have ever seen in my life. Dude forgot all the toppings and it is 90% tortilla. If the chicken was good, maybe 2 stars. But it was so dry and nasty it tasted like cardboard. I have added a photo but it is hard to see because it is so small. It is the tiny green object next to my pen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
