It must be just me but somehow I like jimmy John’s way more than subway and jersey mikes. Taste is much simpler and fits to my mouth.

I've been ordering from this location for a while now. I work across the street so it's very convenient. Their delivery is usually very quick which is good when you're hungry and have no time to go get anything. i do like the JJBLT. that being said, these are very basic sandwiches. so if youre expecting gourmet, you should probably go elsewhere. to me, JJ is about convenience and speedy service, which this location delivers.

Super bummed. I love a good sandwich, but that's not what you get here. The lettuce is never fresh and is wilted, the meat is usually falling out of the sandwich and never evenly spread out, and the edge of the bread (the closed side) gets completely soggy from the Mayo and oil and vinegar. I don't understand how a sandwich can be so bland when it is literally dripping in sauce (which is why it gets so soggy). You can tell the sandwich is made half heartedly. I won't be back.

This is my first time getting a Jimmy John's sub at this place in Brea. The atmosphere is kind of bland, the only person that was really friendly was Carson. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a whole lot of livelihood in the workers and there was one kid eating on the job, out of where they make the sandwiches, in front of a customer which is a HUGE No-No. The sandwich is kind of boring looking I'm not sure it's worth over $10. There is no height to it there's no excitement to it it just looks like I could have done it at home. It kept me full. But I'm not surprised in a way. The workers were really not very fun to talk to, they weren't really very nice, they were just kind of bland teenagers, when you work for a food industry you have to be Lively and greet a customer not just blow them off. They need to hold their standards in hiring. Probably just won't go back just because of a sandwich is ridiculous in price tag & the employees are kind of jerks . But Carson was really nice, Carson deserves a raise because he explained everything, he was really nice. It was like talking to a friend. But the other kids I'm just shocked

This Jimmy Johns always seems to be on point. The staff are very nice and they always get the order right. My dad comes in here like 4 times a week and they are very consistent. The place is always very clean and hygienic as well. Keep up the good work!

Waiting for the day I see a big sign saying under new management... Fix your store hours online don't blame it on the customer. If it was Subway I would have my refund immediately. I ordered online & never received my sandwich or money back after manager said I would. Don't go here they steal your money & don't know how to treat a customer. Put yourself in my shoes & change your free smells sign to free shitty customer service with the price of a sandwich you'll never get. Asshole.
