When going into the store I did not feel welcomed I felt like I was looked upon and judged by the people behind the counter which it honestly made me a little sad because I wanted to love this place. The service I was given was the type of service that you give when you don’t wanna help a customer for long after I was helped another gentleman came in and I felt like he got better service than I did because they greeted him and offered him 5 dollars off because of a special they had that day. It just felt like I was being judged on my appearance. I will say the food is good here and would recommend it.

Some of the best sandwiches I have ever had! You may think they're a bit pricey but they use nothing but the best ingredients and it shows at the very first bite.

First time at the store, I ordered the wagyu the smoke wagyu pastrami. What I like about it is that when I came this Wednesday give me $5 dollar discount on the sandwich. When I tried the sandwhich, I was blown away by the taste of it. The sandwich was crispy and the right balance. My order also came with with a side of potato salad I believe it's what they gave me and a coke.

I was excited to try this shop after seeing ads on Instagram. I hate to leave a negative review, but my experience here was not good for two reasons:1. Service: When I entered, there were no customers inside and three guys working. Literally minutes went by - no "Hello", "How are you?", "How can I help you?" Keep in mind, they were chit-chatting and didn't seem to care that I was there. I had to speak up to get anyone's attention. My first question of, "What do YOU recommend?" was met with "It's all good." Such a non-friendly answer that didn't give me any direction. No passion. No fun. Just bad service.2. Food: I took my $20+ sandwich home to eat, but while I waited, I definitely smelled something burning, though I didn't think it could be my food. Upon opening the wrapper, I found that it was not only burned (I'm talking like burned black on both sides), but on one side, they used the HEEL of the bread. I can't even fathom someone making the sandwich and thinking that's a good idea. It actually made me laugh a bit. And because it was mainly all crust and burned, it literally cracked in half when I tried to eat it. I had to just eat the meat out of the center, which was fine.I hope this serves as feedback to anyone there who cares. The normal product and service might be amazing, but what I received that day was sub par.

I ended up coming to La Carniceria Wagyu because I was recommended by a few people. I had high hopes on the carne asada from the people who recommended it and the pictures on Instagram. However, I was disappointed that when I cooked the carne asada it was high on the salty and sour side and they meat looked like it was sitting there for a long time by how it looked grayish.

We came all the way from Houston, this food joint was in our list, my daughter found them from TikTok, I always wanted have this kind of sandwich but as of religious customs wasn't able, my, my delicious , fresh, awesome taste, the bread also really good, no preservatives, the person who attended was so nice with us he gave us free potato & macaroni salad, yum. Thank you . Just only one thing would have loved it if the sitting place was also inside, I do get it as it is a butcher shop, but next time, but pls do open one in Houston, fingers crossed

So glad I got my wagyu cherry popped from here. Perfectly marbled meat. It was tough to choose what sandwich to try for the first time as they offer a variety of scrumptious choices! But ended up trying the Smoked Wagyu Pastrami, since the amazing Andres was gracious enough to sub the marble rye bread for the Dutch crunch bread since I really wanted to taste the Dutch Crunch. Meat was perfectly seasoned and tender, Dutch Crunch bread lived up to its hype. Was dense and doughy with just a hint of sweet, and it had a squishy crumb that can support a hefty pile of sliced meat. Sister got the Wagyu Roast Sub and tasted one bite of that and you can really tell in that sandwich the high quality of the meat in that one in comparison to average joes deli meats elsewhere. The price may seem pricier than you'd like, however the quality is worth it AND you get chips & a beverage of choice with it! The service from the cashier (Andrea) and Andre was super helpful; especially when I was undecided on what to get. They were both patient enough to answer my Qs and made sure I had the best 1st time experience! The shop was clean, organized, and had an easy-to-read menu. Because of this all around amazing experience and other yummy sandwiches that I'd like to try next time, I'm definitely coming back with sister! And spreading the word about this hidden gem!

You have already heard about their meats and sandwiches. Let me tell you about the amazing homemade sauces. It is a great kick. Deep full rich flavors unlike any off the shelf brand hot sauces. You might worry about the longevity of fresh sauces at first but once your party tries a taste...there will be none left. (My family finished the whole tub easily). Definitely getting more soon. Salsa Roja is THE BEST I've ever tried. Forget future Sriracha shortages. I'd rather use this. Seriously. Try it, thank me later.

The meats on displays look great and the service provided was excellent. I had a few questions about steak recommendations and the employee at the cashier was able to help me and answer my questions.
