Service is quick. If you're craving something sweet, this is the place to go. I got the white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie and the milk chocolate chip cookie with m&ms. I personally liked how the texture of the m&m cookie was chewy on the outside and soft on the inside. However, the white chocolate chip macadamia cookie had a really soft texture that broke apart easily. The cookies were a bit too sweet for my desire, especially the one with m&ms as it was loaded with chocolate, but it was overall fine. This is an okay place to try out if you like sweet cookies.

I grew up with Mrs fields. Their price went too high so stopped buying them. several years ago i tried them again and they tasted horrible. something about them screamed "not fresh". I rationalized that it must have been the person baking that day so i went back against my better judgement. Nope. THIS location left rock hard lumps of hardened brown sugar in the cookies (so they must not be storing ingredients properly) and the cookies were under baked leaving the cookies as an unpalatable mess of raw ingredients. it just wasn't for me. at least not at these prices. if i want cookie dough i'll ask Pilsbury..

I love Mrs. Fields cookies, the first time I had them they had every nibbler flavor and I got to try them all. Now every time I go, they have little to no flavors so I always pass. The cookies are good don't get me wrong, but there are never cookies available. Maybe it's a sign I shouldn't be eating so much sugar LOL. Also I find it quite random how they have an icee machine because it's a small dessert stand but i'm not going to complain, love icees.

The cookies 4/5 for taste/texture. Maybe a little too sweet for some people. It's all preference. I do however feel like it's overpriced unless you buy their bundle sale. Individually, they are $3 each which is ridiculous but if you buy 6 cookies, they come out to be $2 each. Kind of sucks for people who wants to only eat one or two. Love the taste but doesn't seem too special or stand out enough to compensate for the cost. I would still buy it though once in a full moon if I'm craving some dessert at the mall.

Located inside of Brea mall. We got there on a Saturday. It was a line. But it's gone fast. We bought 4 regular sizes cookies and got 2 for free and it's 6 different flavors. I took a bit of every single one haha. I don't know what they put inside of them but they are all delicious! My favorite one is butter one and oatmeal one. Good one-time experience. *FYI: Too sad they don't put calories on the chart. So I searched on their website and find out each of the regular side cookies is around 200-230 calories.

For as long as I can remember, I would always get a sprinkle sugar cookie at Mrs. Fields with my grandparents. And then in high school and college I worked at the Brea Mall. I'd always grab a sprinkle cookie on my lunch break. Now I'm 37, and cannot eat cookies as often. However, once in a while I treat myself to one. Bonus points, my grandpa got to join me last month! Still as yummy as ever, you can never go wrong with a fresh cookie.

Surprisingly enough this is my first time having Mrs. Fields, and boy have I been missing out. There cookies are stupendous, and not terribly expensive either. I love this place and am saddened that I have lived up to now without partaking.

Asked for my ID. The cashier told me it was for security purposes but I don't see the point in security purpose for buying cookies
Asked them to heat up the cold cookies and replied sorry there's no room in our oven (clearly there was).
The manager is so sweet and the cookies are always so delicious. I love coming here for the mini cookies!!!!
