Five stars for Nolan's service. He is top notch. I think he's one of the reasons, besides the steak and the clam chowder, that my parents enjoy coming here for brunch. He was attentive and patient with our party. Never skipped a beat. Now, my salad niçoise on the other hand was...yowza. I've had better. If I ever dare to order this again here, I'll ask for the dressing on the side. Everything else was absolutely delicious and of course, after your meal, you can burn off those calories doing what we do best...shopping!

I love to come here for a light lunch. They always have amazing service and their food is great too! My go-to is their Spicy Shrimp Pomodoro and their pizzas. It's a nice place to enjoy a leisurely lunch and then you can browse the mall after, or before, or before & after. Their desserts are good too. Simple choices, but always a good way to end your meal with some coffee--can't go wrong with their cookies and creme brûlée!

I've been here a number of times and never thought to write a review. My girlfriend and I like to come here for lunch when we meet up for a girl's shopping day. Food is pretty good and a much better quality than the standard food court food. For lighter fare their salads are delicious. I've been delighted by the Niçoise salad with salmon, the chicken and fresh mixed berry salad and the Chinese chicken salad. Can't go wrong with any of these! As far as their Cafe Specialties their roasted salmon and vegetables is really good and healthy. I've also tried the Tuscan roasted chicken a couple of times which was a hit and miss as one time it was deliciously moist and the second time was dry and over cooked. If you want more sustenance to your meal add a cup of their tomato basil soup. It is yummy ! A cup is the right amount, a bowl in my opinion is too rich. If you have room for dessert the snickerdoodle or white chocolate macadamia cookie tops off a good meal ! This eatery is set up where you order and pay first, find a table, and then the food is delivered to your table. Try it out if you are in the Brea Mall.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Nordstrom. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical to eat here with my family, but to our surprise, this place is EXCELLENT!!! The portions are generous and the food is very tasty. I usually get one of the pastas, but decided to try the Shrimp and Arugula Salad. Since the first time I had the salad, that's the only thing I order now. The shrimps are huge and the polenta is really good! We've also had the Clam Chowder, which is one of the best I've ever tasted. My daughter gets the Kids' Buttered Noodles, which comes with fruit and a drink. My hubby usually orders the Santa Fe Panini with either chips or a side salad. My son enjoys eating the Tortelloni. We've been ordering food to-go and it's just as good as when we eat there. Not only is the food delicious, the service is fantastic! The food and drinks are always brought out quickly and the staff is always accommodating your needs during your meal. This place is a MUST TRY! I'll post pictures of our food the next time we go.

I went here with Debra R and Jose R and Jose R for dinner. I got the skirt steak. Debra R got the french dip and Jose R got the chicken club. We also got the carrot cake. The food was really good and the customer service was good too.

We've never had a bad experience here. I used to always come here as a kid so writing a review brings back so many good memories with my family. Anyways, the service is great and they always manage to seat us promptly when we arrive and they are kind in helping us choose what we want and listing their specials and personal favorites every time we visit. I usually get one of the sandwiches or pizzas which are made fresh and taste healthy and delicious! This is overall a great place to stop by for lunch while you're hanging out at the mall!

This dining service is located on the third floor of the department store with a nice view outside and balcony seats. Its servers were generally hospitable and accommodating, but its kitchen sometimes cut corners. For instance, the bread of its sandwiches was often pre-toasted, which was too hard and cold to taste fresh. The chicken in the sandwiches was almost icy cold, and the bacon therein was as hard as grits. The croutons in the side salad were annoyingly rock-hard. Also, some food items at this place have become more pricey and their portion has become smaller. A recent entree of shrimps for nearly $20 only contained a total of five small ones.

Arrived on Sunday afternoon after 1pm, no wait. Pay for food at the register first. Had a turkey club sandwich with chips, pizza, and salad. Service was friendly and ambiance pleasant. Food had lots of flavor and presentation on plate was nice. The portions were fair, my wife and son finished everything. The price for the meal was a little high, compared to other mall food. But if you want to get away from the crowds for a nice meal, it may be worth it.

I know what most of you are thinking..."How can department store restaurant be that great?" I can assured you this place meets all the criteria to be considered an excellent place to eat. The service is always amazing and the food is great every time. Every member of the staff whether they be servers, bussers, cashiers, cooks, or managers are amazing! Nolan (Nathan) was my server and he was very attentive to everything I needed. Hannah was my cashier and not only was she gorgeous, she helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted to eat. Everyone there was amazing and so personable and I will definitely be coming back!
