The most rude customer service experience. I could not believe I was not provided ONE siracha hot sauce packet with the side of rice I purchased. I was told by the MANAGER "Chen" that because I didn't purchase an entree I get no hot sauce. She further went on to say I was lucky to have grabbed a soy sauce packet because she would have declined that as well. What kind of food establishment is this! They are very poorly ran and should not be in business.

Food is good customer service is aweful! Bought a soup and was ghanded ro me WITHOUT any tray. They said they did not provide, speaking of SAFETY! Asked for plastic - which was still difficult because it js PLASTIC with heat, it could tear! Aweful service. The girl served looked unhappy to be there (change job if your not happy with what you do!) & the guy yells at you when ordering. Awful experience!!!!

They barely put any meat in their plates. The lady that I asked for hot sauce, extremely rude and unpleasant to talk to. Horrible attitude in the way she talks. Just seems like she hates her life and takes it out on the customers. She also stares you down when trying to order. I would highly recommend not to eat here. The price for this food is ridiculous and even worse if you consider service.

It's unfortunate when poor costumer service can ruin a good establishment. My mother and I have been coming here to eat often, even when we're not shopping at the mall. They skimped out on the sauce this time and I kindly asked for a couple more on the side. Two employees gave me attitude and asked if I'm waiting for a meal from them. I said we already had the two bowls. They didn't recognize me because I was ordering drinks for us at another area. I brought back the receipt only to be met with attitude and a whole spiel about how they make it in house and have to charge. Like okay? I would've paid the $1 for the TINY cups they gave and wouldn't have questioned it. But the attitude from 3 different people? That's not okay. I didn't ask to be scolded at just for asking for sauce lol

Asked for a chicken teriyaki sample and I loved it, got the chicken teriyaki with half noodles & white rice. It was really good only reason why I didn’t give a 5 was because the beef was a bit salty.

Food was great. The teriyaki chicken is absolutely enough for two people. Atmosphere was standard for a mall food court. Worker at front kept talking despite the fact we were trying to read the menu and were too far to hear.

Ordered ramen from here. Broth taste like pasta water. Noodles were bad. Don't get the ramen here. Cup of noodles is 100x better. Waste of $16

Person taking my order had an attitude. The shrimp tempura was so bad that I had to spit it out. Shrimp bento box was mediocre at best. Takoyaki was soft instead of crispy and left a weird aftertaste. Shouldn't have wasted $30 here.

It is basically Sarku Japan but they have soups. Portions are good and they don't charge extra for fried rice. I think the chicken tastes better than the beef, but both are adequate. It's pretty standard mall food, but I do feel like there is some overlap between Panda Express and Genghis Khan in the same food court. Yes, I know they are different but it's still asian food with medium quality meat on top.

Food was good. The sales lady was very pushy. She keeps yelling things to you like your ignorant. . Food is cooked to order, so it can take 15 minutes for your order. Just keep this in mind.

Don't understand the low ratings from this place but from the consistent times I've been here it's always been great. The plate options offer heaping portions. I'd recommend getting half veggie noodles to the plate combo. The food is all delivered piping hot being that you could see when the food is being cooked right in front of you. I'd recommend asking one of the cooks for Teriyaki and hot sauce (These are condiments not offered next to the napkins)

The food ? is not bad, however if you choose to request hot sauce they will charge you 1.00 dollar for four little packages…… Note: Please bring your own hot sauce packages when eating at Nori Japan restaurant.
