Overall the food was good but the waiter was taking our plates and I was going to check the reviews and he saw my phone on yelp and the manager was staring at my table coming to our table more often.but overall it was a good dining experience and I would definitely come here again

Always a great atmosphere at the Old Brea Chophouse. Jason is very attentive and a courteous. As well is the rest of the staff. Filet mignon is always on point here.

Big L. Went here to celebrate my wife hitting 100k subs on YouTube. Called well in advance to book a reservation and requested a nice and quiet table. When we got there, they put us next to the bathroom and the kitchen where everyone was walking by. Ordered the Seafood Platter for 2 to start. The lobster was so comically small that the cracking utensil couldn't even crack it. Girth of the claw arm wasn't big enough to create pressure on both sides of the tool. Platter tasted low quality and fishy. Both almost cracked a tooth on shells/rocks. Crazy poor value for $99. Ended our meal after the appetizer because vibe was so bad. To their credit, manager came over to ask if we enjoyed it and we told them the honest truth. They offered a desert to compensate but we hadn't even had dinner yet so politely declined and left.

I'm a bit miffed that I forgot to write my review! My parents took me, my brother, and my partner here for my 25th birthday! I ordered the filet mignon, medium well, with jumbo prawns and the herb butter. It was delicious! Perfectly cooked, the butter went so well with the filet and with the roasted garlic?? So tasty! The prawns were cooked beautifully and well seasoned. The mac and cheese was quite pleasing and the caesar salad was flavorful and refreshing. The service was lovely, and for a busy Saturday night, we still felt seen and cared for by the staff. Brian did an excellent job taking care of us and his attitude was top notch! Made for a cozy yet sophisticated dining experience. The restaurant itself had a beautiful interior and while it felt a bit tight at times, the warm lighting and overall vibe of the place more than make up for it. I enjoyed my 25th celebration here and I recommend it for smaller parties. I'll be back with my partner for a date night soon!

Brought my boyfriend here for his birthday. The staff was incredibly attentive and was sure to keep in mind of my boyfriend's allergies. They took the time to answer questions and provide recommendations. The pricing is fair at this location and the food turned out really delicious.

Super romantic spot ! I love the dimmed lighting and ambience. The food was really good and perfect for next day leftovers! Our waiter was kind but occupied from time to time since it was busy. I liked the drinks, gnocchi, wagyu, pasta. Would come back !
