Don manager is very rude, bad customer service. I come here twice weekly and he gave me awful customer service as a manager. Rude, bad attitude ,rolled eyes. Lost a loyal

Food is saucy and disgusting; on top of that they give you ONE napkin per person and when you ask for more they give you two. Topped off drinks which spill everywhere and there go your 3 napkins. This place sucks.

The service was quick and attentive. But the portion sizes were smaller than normal. I never get a 3/4 scoop of orange chicken anywhere else. And the amount of rice and chow mein was 20% less as well. Bummer.

Convenient location inside of an indoor mall and friendly customer service. White rice (& fried rice) was hard and raw on multiple occasions. The ad shows they offer brown rice, but the server said they don't have it. Prices are one of the lowest at this food court, but the prices definitely have increased overall. Portions size is based on the server. Ask to get more if they give you less. Food has flavor, but tends to be too salty if it contains added soy sauce ( mushroom chicken, fried rice). The rest is either breaded, or very oily (noodles especially). Please get an Asian cook to cook the rice and food or get a taste tester who knows what they are doing. Had indigestion due to uncooked/raw rice. The veggies are fine though. Entrees comes with a fortune cookie, but there's no fortune paper inside the cookie. Their free ice water tastes weird like from the tap.

For a restaurant that is in the mall I'd have to say my experience is was all positive. The food was good for mall food and not once had a bad server. I do recommend people trying them out and getting their orange chicken with steamed rice. My top choice.

Stood in line to wait to buy a bottle of water and the teenage boy working the register let two people cut in front of me and totally ignored me like do u have zero spatial awareness or customer service skills?
Literally the worst one I’ve been to lol. The Asian woman speaking broken English apparently resents everyone.

Avoid going to this panda. Older aíslan man served me. Asked for beef and broccoli but got broccoli and beef. What I mean is I have 4 really small pieces of beef and 5 big broccolis. Rip off. Orange chicken serving was small as well. Flavor was good.
