The business hours need to be updated. I only came to this location because I wanted to pick up lunch before school drop off and they were not open at 7:30 as listed online.

They only had one guy on the food line while there was a whole line, whoever was in the back did not come to check up on the guy. We ended up waiting over 25 minutes for our food.

The sandwich tasted fine but I watched the girl handling cash and checking people out with gloves on, use those same gloves to refill the vegetables! Grabbed them out of the refrigerator tub by the handful and filled the counter top tubs....The same gloves that touched all the cash the 3 people before me..... I didn't get anything she touched but I won't be going back there... gross

I love this subway, everyone here is so friendly and nice. Especially Sharon, she’s always super super friendly and makes you feel like your a family member that came to visit! There is also a man that usually works afternoons as well. I don’t know his name but I wanna say he is always great as well. He was here at about 12:20pm December 13th, 2022.

My boyfriend and I wanted to give a shout-out to Jeffrey for always being such a kind friendly face. There were several times that we came in for a late dinner and were helped by Jeffrey. He is the nicest guy is always so pleasant and goes out of his way to be kind and inviting. Enough so that we remember him and always note how nice of a person he is. You don't see that very often anymore, and as two people who work in the retail and service industries we know how easy it is to check out and wait the shift out. Jeffrey is always amazing and we love seeing him. He deserves a raise.
There's so many better locations to go to that serve actual food. This one should be shut down for good. Disgustingly bad ingredients, expired food, janky service, dirty location, expensive for tiny portions. Just.....do NOT go here

They use expired ingredients at this location and upcharge the prices for smaller quantities. I've ordered from here twice and found 5 hairs in the food both times. Family members have complaints of food poisoning and gastroenteritis after eating from this location.

Sharon, the manager, is great. Friendly staff, fresh food. Easy in-and-out of the shopping center to pick up Subway quickly.

The associate that help me and my wife this evening is a total B**. Very grumpy, rude, and not friendly at all. She was condensending qith her actions toqard us. When asked if a new sandwoch is good, her reply was in an irritated tone "I dont know,I have not tried them at all." Then when asked to put extra cheese, ahe said it will cost extra. When my wife asked to repeat what she said, ahe spoke slowly as if mocking my wife not understanding English and said WILL COST EXTRA, YOU WILL PAY EXTRA MONEY, $1" and the whole time she was saying it, she was irritated. Not great customer service experience at all. Will not return nor do we recommend that branch.
