They're closing and they seem to be a bit not so motivated. I walked in at 530p and no one in there--customer, I mean. Yet the place was dirty. Every single table had crumbs, the floor needed to be cleaned. Unmotivated workers are a bad deal all around.

I really like this subway but pleeeeease stop getting the dirty dripping water from the bottom of the sauce bottles inside our food! It's not only unsanitary, but it can cause food poisoning! Please pay attention to this!

I can not believe how humiliated I felt. I usually go to eat at the Cerritos location. Today I went to Brea mall .so we went to eat at this location. They made us feel so uncomfortable at this location I felt that there was a lot of prejudice in this restaurant. I actually even noticed that they put all the Latin people on one side of the restaurant and the other side was Orientals and Caucasians. This is something that should not be occurring especially what's going on in this world. I do not recommend anybody to eat at this location at all especially with the experience that we experienced today. The server even made us feel more disassociated eating at this establishment.

Sorry to say, this used to be one of the best subways. It is now going downhill, I ordered a Meatball foot-long sandwich, I seriously, gagging... I don't know if they cooked it too long, I ordered cheese on it extra you couldn't see it, I opened it up nothing. Sandwich was so steamed that it was soggy which I didn't even ask for to be steamed that's what happens when you have the kids running it. I tried to call and then suddenly the phone is taken off the hook and it's just busy and it's not lunchtime. I spent a lot of money eating out and this used to be my go to when I would jump in the pool but I'm over this I'm tired of everybody wanting larger wages but they don't wanna work. I think they forget that I am their paycheck, so I guess by not coming in anymore they might learn. And that stupid sticker in front of the choices of condiments and lettuce and olives you can't see a thing they want you to buy their special sandwiches... But I'd like to say I'd like to see the food I'm supposed to remember everything and sometimes things look better when you see it chili peppers etc. can't see the darn thing. And the cookies of shot to hell those used to be really good... I guess this is the new normal, but I'm not gonna be part of it.

Thumbs down.....waiting at sandwich counter 11min .. 2people on shift ..1playing with chips and other on call order...Never known subway to ignore customers..Guy playing with chips stops and talks to girl inside on table . ignores two of us the customers??? Mangment of this store is a joke???
