Owner lost it over ordering a breakfast sandwich outside of breakfast hours (1 hour later) and charged me $14 without any warning.Horrible experience as a daily customer, I'll gladly take my money to the other location up the street.

Old guy charged $14 for a breakfast sandwich today because its "outside" breakfast hours. I'll take my weekly $60 I spend here to another location.

The way they talked to me they were so rude I was asking about a cookie and the person taking my order started telling be I had to buy something from them and I told them I did but they still did not give it to me, Then when I showed them what I was paying with they argued back saying I should have told them before trying to buy.

Subway sends me an email for 20% off one item...online only. I click the link to order online, put in my order and when I click "pay", it says this location does not participate in specials. Okay. I order on the app instead and go in to pick up my paid order (for a ridiculous amount.)Person standing at the register completely ignores me until someone from the back comes out. Then he says,"I make your sandwich." Thank you so much. He couldn't even cut the bun correctly...top is less than 1/4 inch thick and falling apart. No napkin included. Don't go here.

10/20/21 ordered through the app last night. 20 mins later i realized the app didn’t mention cheese option, call several times to add adjustment and no one answered. Ok. Went to pick up my order, checked in and it was delivered promptly. However, i noticed i got a cup/ice of sprite instead of the bottle i ordered. Guy told me they only give you the cups and not bottles. Why would the app give me a choice between fountain and bottle? Ok. I drive off and a few lights later i start smelling onions, which i can’t consume raw. I pull over and check the sandwich: NOT ONE of my instructions were followed! This was one of the most bland, saddest looking sandwiches I’ve ever gotten! I cant turn around at this point or I’d be late to work. So i start calling them again, and again, and again. They NEVER answer! The line just always says the sandwich makers are busy yet no one was there when I picked up my order. 20 mins later I’m at work, still calling and no answer. I called another location on the way but they said I had to go back to this one to get my order remade properly. I was and still am upset that I starved at work without a break until 2am having to throw the sandwich away, not getting anyone on the phone and calling this morning with no one picking up AGAIN. Idk when subway fell off but this isn’t it. Just refund my money

I rarely write reviews, I mean rarely (like once a year!) But decided to combine two reviews into one (after reading the review from Bob r (directly below this one). First review (from earlier this year)...same thing (I had a coupon). But unlike Bob, I asked, several times!, if they'd accept the coupon and I waved it at the employee. The answer was yes. So the sandwich is made and I give her the coupon...now she says that it won't scan, even shows me her grayed out box on her computer. And she states a policy that once a sandwich is made, it has to be paid for. Sorry...I did my part...so I apologized, but said the only reason I ordered the sandwich was to use the coupon (it was expiring). I told her that was why I asked her more than once if she'd accept it and that she'd replied yes. With that I walked out vowing never to return to this location. Fast forward to Wednesday...this was the only Subway on the way to Concerts In The Park so I placed an order on-line (can't go wrong with that, can you?) Evidently you can. The foot-long BMT had next to NO MEAT on it...one slice of salami, etc. Is this the 'New Subway"...putting less on a sandwich but charging more? (It was $8.99 + tax). And although I put in the instructions (IN CAPS!) to put the dressing on the side for my sandwich, did they? NO! The plan was to run in and pick it up...but the second I didn't feel any containers of sauce I asked if she'd put it on the side as instructed. What's the first thing out of her mouth? She says "You didn't tell me". I had to get the receipt and show it to her...at the top...and in caps! So then she helps another customer and finally makes my sandwich over again. Twenty minutes later I'm finally leaving and we're late to the show. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will never, NEVER, frequent this Subway location again.

All of my worst experiences at a subway have been at this single location. No reason to go here, go to the location on W. Central and Harbor, they are so nice there. They go above and beyond and serve you with a smile. Worse than not generous on ingredients here, they barely put anything in the sandwich sometimes. It was difficult to keep my composure, seeing as how the owner, who prepared my sandwich, tried to shame me for asking to use a coupon. Happy to say I kept my cool and walked out, and said thank you, but I left hungry and a bit shocked. There was an immediate expectation that I would purchase the sandwiches regardless of whether they accepted the coupon. I would probably have done so if she had shown a bit of tact. They always cheap out on toppings and never go the extra mile like the subway just up the street.

It was difficult to keep my composure, seeing as how the owner, who prepared my sandwich, tried to shame me for trying to use a coupon. Happy to say I kept my cool and walked out, and said thank you, but I left hungry and a bit shocked. It turns out, they are not a participating store, but I just did not think to ask if they accept coupons as I go to the subway down the street all the time and have never found a subway that did not honor their coupons in SoCal. The owned seems frustrated with her business and was not able to conduct herself like a professional. There was direct anger right away that I would even attempt to use a coupon, and an immediate expectation that I would purchase the sandwiches regardless of whether they accepted the coupon. I was close to paying for the sandwiches and calling it a day, but the owner had already moved to publicly shaming me in front of their customers and threatening that if I did not pay the full amount I would not be allowed at their location again.

This place was okay pre-Covid but they're bathroom has been "out of service" for over a year Their bathroom works fine they just don't let their customers use it Let me just say that a restaurant either barring it's customers form using the restroom or not having a working restroom for over a year is DISGUSTING AND REVOLTING The people who own this shop are FILTHY ANIMALS PLEASE CLOSE THIS SUBWAY YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR YOURSELVES
