Went to this location of Taco Bell few times, last time they added stale veggies in my food. Ended up throwing it in trash, couldn’t eat.Since then, I stopped going to this location.Additionally, they got confused with the order. There is a lot of room for improvement.

I recommend either order through the app for pick up in store or use kiosk because drive-thru has long line especially dinner time but if you prefer to order through the person the service is available.
Ordered the chalupa cravings box and really enjoyed the beefy 5 layer burrito (sub beef for beans) that it came with. Chefs added in a good amount of nacho cheese and sour cream making the burrito extra delicious.

I haven't been to this place in years. I was hungry and said, "what the heck." I ordered 3 crunchy tacos. The person asked me if I wanted any hot sauce. Look at these "tacos.". Cheese anyone ??? Oh, and they didn't put the hot sauce in the bag.

Was surprised to see you could only order through a kiosk. Had to get an actual human's attention to get a water cup. And only 1 of 2 kiosks were working at the time.
ONE STAR!!! Don't do it. Worst customer service and you can thank ANGIE for that. They couldn't hear me in the drive thru and a car was right behind me nearly rear ending me. I asked for a chips and cheese and they denied me and told Me to get back In line...HAVE RESPECT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.
