Not friendly at all.I visited this place with my wife this morning for two cups of coffee. They put the coffees on the table, but we could barely hear our name. Whispering? We tried to find the name on the cups, but in vain. Nothing was on the cups. Plus they never smile when they see customers. It's not the first time.Why is the customer service totally worse than Starbucks? Starbucks baristas are always smiling at us, calling our name loudly, and printing the name clearly on it always.I'm confident and so sad to see the closing sign of the store sooner or later.

My wife and I stopped around 6:35pm Monday evening for a quick pick me up after a long run @ The Tracks. We had Brewed Coffee☕ and lightly toasted Plain Bagels absolutely Amazing!!! ? Awesome customer service @ the drive thru!! ???? Thanks So Much!!! ????

The employees are always so friendly! Never have an issue with my drink orders and usually pretty quick going through the drive-thru. Love the succulent wall they have on the side of their building that I get to look at while I'm waiting in the Drive-Thru!
