When I went a homeless man had just left and the entire place reeked a smell so unholy I almost threw up. The poor associates were walking around with aerosol cans trying to mask the stench but it was too strong.They also didn't have that many flavors when I went. But that's okay.

The customer service here in horrendous. They were making fun of my friend and just kept joking behind their back. They have no respect for customers and I'm completely surprised that the owners would hire such rude employees to work at this establishment. Also found a bug in the yogurt and when I mentioned it to the employee, they were completely rude with their response. Hire better employees because the current ones you have are horrible and people won't want to come back.

It's a hot day. You've just finished a soccer game with your kids, or spent the entire afternoon at Costco. Where can you go to get an awesome frozen treat? Try this Yogurtland! This place has amazing toppings. My favorite toppings are the yogurt chips; I know this might sound a bit boring, but try the yogurt chips on top of plain tart yogurt. It taste so good because it adds a crunch element to the frozen yogurt. I also very much enjoy the soft serve ice cream, which is surprisingly good for a yogurt store! If I get the soft serve, I will add animal, crackers, Reeses pieces, and also chocolate chips. These different textural elements are awesome. One tip for the owners here: I would be here every day if they had real hot fudge! The chocolate sauce is good, but hot fudge would be a lot better.

Yogurtland normally is a nice experience as the quality of the product is usually five stars. If you prefer to eat in clean conditions DO NOT go to the BREA location. Most of the locations are kept sanitary and up to par with cleanliness. BREA is NOT! The chairs are disgusting with build up of yogurt and dirt. The glass partitions next to three seating areas as well as the glass doors are filthy. The yogurt dispensing machines are probably full of bacteria and germs as they appear to not be cleaned lightly or deeply. The floors and tables need cleaning as well. Another annoying issue is that when you go into this Yogurtland the employees only come out if the doorbell rings when entering. I recommend the LaHabra or Azusa locations as they are serving their frozen yogurt in clean conditions and they are available and ready for you to pay and even say "thank you" and "goodbye" when you finish.

Much of the flavors I've selected didn't appear fresh. Especially one of the vanilla flavors appearing of peach color. I brought it up to their attention, but I don't know if she acknowledged it. As I was checking out, I had to request a spoon. Otherwise, the bathroom was clean.
Got fro-yo. Not that clean inside. Dispensers left me wondering.

The Pineapple day was yesterday but they had a pink spoon left. Customer service is excellent and they gave me sample cups to try the delicious mango strawberry sorbet as well as the pineapple . Dad likes the classic chocolate and mom strawberry. I love them all. The store is clean and family friendly. Family's and couples it's a great place to chill.

What happed to the quality of the yogurt? So disappointing. Did the recipe change or something... instead of the texture of the yogurts being creamy they are all icey and look watery.
