Don't believe what all these salty reviews are putting out. This place has good food at a decent price considering where they are located. It is NOT a big budget resteraunt. It does have waiters to rub your shoulders in between beers. It is a singular woman who cooks and brings your food and waits on you. Be kind and I know it's alot to ask of most of you but BE PATIENT!

Hostile. First of all we had to order on our phone. We had to prepay for everything including water! She then had to make sure the payment went through for our order while looking at our phone. And we had to tip with the payment before everything else. Then she went on to go get us our waters. She then perceived to cook our food which came out very bland. Cannot recommend recommend nor will we return.

We came to this place with a large party since we were in the area. Reviews weren't the best but we decided to give it a try anyways. We can now see why the reviews for this place are not so good, and can confirm the bad ones are very true. When we saw this place on Yelp, we liked what we saw on the menu. There was a good variety of ramen and sushi so we were looking forwarding to giving it a try. We called ahead for our large party and we're told they could accommodate us if we came. We decided to try it out. When we arrived with our party, we were told by the owner that they only had chicken ramen and a little bit of sushi from the menu. First off, what kind of restaurant would only have a few things on the menu available? And wouldn't you tell that to people who called before they drove to the restaurant so they would know what to expect? We discussed amongst the group for a few minutes and then decided we no longer wanted to eat there since we didn't want chicken ramen and whatever they had left over for sushi. While we were discussing, one of the kids in our group used the restroom thinking that we were going to eat there. Apparently, the owner yelled at the child and demanded that she pay $5 for using the restroom. First off, there were no signs posted saying the restroom was for customers only. Secondly, we were going to eat there until she told us they didn't have any food so why would you deny a child bathroom access and then yell at the child and demand $5 for using the restroom. Lastly, when my wife went in there to see why she was demanding $5 from the child, she told the owner to stop yelling at and addressing the child because she was a minor. The owner continued yelled at my wife saying the bathroom was for customers only (even though there was no sign), and demanded $5, and then proceeded to yell at my wife and tell her it was her fault the child was so rude and would use the bathroom even though she wasn't a customer. At this point, we just were in shock. How can a person like this run an establishment to service customers? My advice is to stay away from this place. The owner is rude and unstable and they don't normally have what's in their menu.

Their vegan options were absolutely delicious. Yuki-CoCo was absolutely amazing. She was kind and our food was fresh. Will definitely come back and highly recommend ?

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I just had such a poor experience last night. First off the miso soup was hands down the worst we've had in our entire lives, and I'm not exaggerating. Let me get that out of the way. Now, starting from arrival, we overheard the lady working, tell another group the only way to pay is to tip, at which, when she walked away, they promptly left. I tried to navigate the site and found it hard to pay as well, and almost gave up and left. There was also no to go option. 45 mins later my rainbow roll and miso soup come out, now she did warn us. They were short staffed, so there would be a wait, so that's not so much my issue, even though at this point I was the only one in the restaurant at 1:15am...Besides the miso tasting like watered down, smelly shoes (and I make instant miso nearly daily, so I don't know how to mess it up this badly), the roll was over 25$. For one roll. A rainbow roll. I was thinking this was going to be the best roll of my life. It was pretty sad. Edible. But not what I'm going for my only food item, besides soup, that I waited 45 mins for, and paid over 25$ for, and tipped 15$ for (because that was the option I had to pay on Apple Pay), I frequented here in the past, and might return if prices decrease, and I see some good reviews, but otherwise, this was hands down one of the worst experiences I've had, and the other day I waited 41 mins for a margarita, somewhere else and didn't write a review there.

I'm going to make it as easy as possible if you decide to dine here. Three words. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.If you want a painful experience of price gouging and no fresh food as stated from the owner/waitress/hostess/chef/scammer, then this may be the place for you. Oh, did I mention to go somewhere else but here??? No wonder the owner set up a gofundme page asking to donate money to keep the restaurant alive. Why???GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

If I could do less I would. Yummy house was a mistake my boyfriend and I made, 40 minutes and $40 later we learned our lesson. You can see from the menu, we got scammed. Who charges $1 for water? I understand why she has to discount so many dishes - it's to keep herself afloat. She was incredibly racist to my boyfriend (who is white), assumed he couldn't use chopsticks or handle spice. Ive read other reviews and thankfully we tipped $2 otherwise we wouldn't have gotten our food. (For reference 8:30 - arrival 8:30- 8:52 - waiting for food 9:07 - left)It was not "authentic Japanese food" it was genuinely a lesson learned on why she only has 3.1 stars. Hopefully we don't get food poisoning tomorrow.

This place used to be great... now it's $26 dollars for ramen small as a serving of a cup of noodles, that somehow tasted and smelled like eggs, but contained no eggs. Oh, did I mention the $6 extra for 'added chashu' and getting maybe a total of 3oz of meat? Please save your money, and go some place else, a terrible rip-off on quality and quantity now.

Use to be a super tasty place. No the broth is salty and watery. Also paid 6 bucks for 1 more piece of chashu pork and it was a small half piece. Very disappointing. Was a little amount for 30bucks too. Lunch discount was forgotten too. ?Parking: Limited close parking

Awful, awful, awful experience here. If you are willing to pay for a water cup and $40 for appetizers, then this is your place. The lady working interrogated us into giving a tip for terrible service. Not to mention, did not hear any cooking going on in the back. STRAIGHT out of the twilight zone. Nightmare and Never coming back. Do not give this place business.

If you're looking for cheap fast food, this isn't the place. I've been dining here on and off for over four years. Everything that I've ordered here has had fresh high quality ingredients. The owner is very meticulous about her recipes and staff. She also has good taste in music ?. This is one of my favorite places to order ramen. And they're open till past midnight. I highly recommend this place. The restaurant's name speaks for itself. There is lots of parking in the structure across the street. Parking can be tight behind the restaurant.Parking: Parking behind the restaurant can be tight, especially on weekends. However, there is lots of parking in the multi story structure across the street.

SO GOOD! The ramen was the best I've ever had, and the service was great!Everything is organic, MSG free, and the noodles are made from scratch. My stomach didn't feel bloated or anything after eating it like ramen usually makes me feel and the bone broth is soo nurishing! The woman that helped us was so sweet. I'm planning on bringing my family here!

Super overpriced ramen.. not to mention the waitress kept asking us to tip while we were trying to enjoy the food. Definitely would not go back, she was sitting in the back cleaning her slippers apparently according to my friend who was aitting across from me and facing her. Also want to add, the same friend got sick and ended up throwing up the day after. Bottom line, I'd say avoid.. your hard earned money can be used better elsewhere.
