forgot my 12 pc tenders fill up. no cookies with meal I purchased offered biscuits.mmm good replacement? forgot drink. forgot mashed potatoes and gravy. only took 50 minutes. not extra crispy.

Employees didn't seem like they cared about the customer. Didn't put napkins, utensils, or condiments in with the order. The only way to ask for more was to go through drive-thru again.

My experience with the KFC menu wasn't a great one. They remembered everything for the chicken sandwich box except the chicken sandwich. Had to get back in drive thru for the manager to argue with me that he swears he put the chicken sandwich in...finally got the chicken sandwich n left.

Clean lot, server slow...had to wait in parking area for food 8 mins total visit 22 mins with 1 car in front of me...nonpotato wedges, fries goid... strips good, fish meal good...

Zero stars! Me and queen are here now 9pm right? A&W close at 9:30 it's a KFC/A&W and the kfc close at 10:30 but whatever. So we get to the drive-thru and we are ignored for like 3 minutes. So then the lady pop on like can i take your order so I'm like let me bet a root beer float.... "we just broke Down the ice cream machine" so lol y'all close in an hour and it's down okay lol. Let me get a chili dog.... "oh A&as closed" how tf A&W closed and this a KFC/A&W but whatever. So say word.... I'm a leave the rest of the review on the kfc page ... both these restaurants some s***
I got fried chicken from the KFC that is joined with them. The chicken was like fried twice. They made me wait out front at drive thru. I think because they had to fry the chicken stripes. I think I will take the extra mile and go to the KFC on Hillcrest.

Actually this place is partnered with KFC. I went for a family chicken dinner special that was not at my nearby KFC. Friendly Staff and quick service. Just what I like.

Had to be "parked" for over 10 mins along with 5 other cars. My chicken was hot and fresh but my fries tasted like they had been in the bag for 10 mins waiting for the chicken. They brought out our food. No forks no ranch no dipping sauce for my tenders. He went back in and came out with napkins and bbq sauce. No forks to eat my mashed potatoes or ranch.poor service

Missing items, food made wrong, long wait, and was forced to go back through the drive thru a second time (an additional 10 minjtes) so I could have a fork to eat my (now cold) food with. Awful customer service.
