Very disappointed in my visit to Dickey's today. My husband and I both had the chicken plates with sides. The chicken was very dry and the lettuce we were given for our Caesar salads was disgusting , lots of brown and wilted pieces. We had to pick through to find acceptable pieces to eat. At first we were just given lettuce on a plate, we had to ask for toppings and were given containers of cheese and dressing to add onto the lettuce. My husband didn't get the mac and cheese side he had ordered and neither of us got buns. After asking, the items were provided for us. At one point an employee came over to our table and asked if everything tasted okay. My husband started to answer that we had an issue with a lettuce and she didn't seem to hear us, she just gave us some coupons that were already in her hand and walked away without acknowledging our complaint. Very disappointing!

The worst food I ever had , And don’t argue with the owner the customer is never right $39 down the drain took all his food back and he told me I didn’t know what I was talking about because I wasn’t Filipino terrible customer service gross food..

My fiancé wanted BBQ so we went to our favorite place Dickeys When we walked in we saw they had an additional menu of pancit, lumpia etc. i asked if it was no longer Dickeys and the guy told us that they are still dickies but that they were branching off. I like pancit so i decided to order that and my fiancé ordered his usual brisket sandwich. Once home we started eating and the pancit was horrible the noodles were dry and the dish was loaded with garlic. Not much flavor. The brisket sandwich had mostly FAT which was disgusting. Food ended up in the garbage. We will not be coming back. We do not recommend eating here.

I just liked their food. I always get good service there. The place is well organised and the cashiers are always friendly. Will come back again.

This is my 2nd time at this place, before COVID and today . Still will not recommend this place , the food again is days old terrible BBQ as a matter fact it should have not even be listed as bbq the Mac and cheese tasted as if it was watered down stay away . I expect an apology from the owner of this establishment. And hire some employees that have some communication skills.

Its not Dickey's anymore but they still have BBQ but it does not taste the same I don't think my family will be going back we are going to miss dickeys.
We placed an order through doordash and when we brought it inside and opened it were very disappointed. For a 2 meat plate there was very little meat. Much less than would normally come in a 2 meat plate fromDicky's (we've ordered from Dickys before a this location and others). I'd say it was missing about 1/3 of the meat you would expect. We paid extra for the corn bread muffin and were given a regular dinner roll. And we were given beans as a side instead of Mac n cheese. I called the restaurant to let them know about the issues and all I managed to say to the guy on the phone was "I placed an order and was given the wrong items" and the phone went dead. I called back immediately, twice, and no one picked up. Not sure if i was hung up on it it was disconnected but the whole experience was just not good. The food wasn't hot either. We won't be ordering from this dickys again given the mistakes and the bad customer service. Isn't worth it in our opinion.

Dickeys used to give a nice amount of food but now they serve you half of what we use to order but still charge you the same price if not more. Do not order from this place if you are hungry. Great place if you want a snack and pay way too much. Very disappointed, will never order from this place again. I would give this place a zero if I could.
