I pulled up into the drive - thru and for whatever reason no one took my order. Finally I arrived at the final spot in line and no one had taken my order. The order taker came out and immediately started taking orders from the car behind me and beyond.After a while they realized what had happened and took my order and expedited it and gave me the coffee on the house for free for the wait.An honest mess up was resolved by good customer service that is often missing these days....read full review
