Went through drive thru tonight after late night work. Ordered 3 Ultimate munchie meals for the family and a 8 piece chicken nugget for myself. Asked for ranch as the sauce. The food was decent but they sadly forgot the ranch.

Not what it was. No ciabatta bread option. They were out of side salads, not even an apology. The person helping us was mumbling and continuouisly had to come around the COVID screen to make herself audible. The dining room was straight out cold. Not a surprise as we awere the only ones, who would heat up a room if there are no customers? This is our last try here. There are plenty of other options. Dont bother going to this place.

Ordered breakfast today for my kids and I took a bite out of one of the hashbrowns, and it had fried maggot in it. I didn't bother looking into the other items. I just threw it away what a waste of $30.

Not sure what the problem was, but fries were hard as a brick. Everything else was good, but the bad fries sort of ruined the meal.

I really don’t know where to start, I usually frequent this Jack in The Box since it’s close by my house but after this experience I definitely WON’T be going back. I bought three orders of curly fries but I was given one order of regular fries instead and to top it all off there was a hair in the INSIDE of my burger. I’m thoroughly disgusted.

Ordered 2 Jr Jumbo Jacks, because I didn't feel like spending $8 on a fast food burger, but was hungry.What I got was practically tasteless, and certainly not meat-flavored. All I could taste was lettuce and mayo. Major disappointment; will NOT be going there again unless I feel like springing for their overpriced bigger sandwiches.

I don’t ever write reviews but there was simply no other way to report this Jack in the Box location. Whomever worked at the drive thru window on 8/23/23 between 7:30-7:40 pm was simply the worst. She was extremely rude and should not be working in a customer service based industry. I truly hope that she doesn’t get the continue to treat customers the way she did. She was angry at the very moment I started to place my order. When I did get it, I was spoken to in a nasty manner and basically thrown my food. I will not be going back to this establishment in the future. Jack-in-the-Box needs to do a better job of training their employees on customer service skills. I lost my receipt and unfortunately do not have her employee ID number to report but I hope that I never have to encounter her again. My experience at Jack-in-the-Box was a very negative one.Very disappointing
