The order missed fries, biscuits and the staff did not know about the marketing promo that got us into the store and the interior of the store was a bit shabby. The chicken was good though.

I'm always surprised by how quickly the mashed potatoes become cold. Not sure why they do, but cold mashed potatoes are gross. Otherwise we had a good dinner on a clean table, inside a clean restaurant, staffed with clean employees who were cheerful, efficient, and professional.

I got a burger from the AW side. It's always fresh and hot, and the fries from KFC are hot and crispy. When you have to pull over and wait. They are making your order fresh.

I would say overall, the staff at this KFC has improved. The past three times I have went, I've had no issues at all. I would say definitely use their online ordering feature, because it makes getting your food far more convenient. They haven't messed up a single online order I've had yet and I will continue to keep coming back to this location! Of course the chicken too is so good, who don't love chicken from the colonel!!

Had a box meal. Chicken was 3.5, not best by KFC standards mashed potatoes were not good for some reason, 1.5. biscuit was great but no butter made it not as good. They missed a piece of chicken so I had to go back and get. Unsweetened iced tea was actually fantastic. Service seemed fine otherwise, store inside looked good.

Just ordered a pot pie and to my surprise there was only one carrot slice in the whole pie!!!! Maybe a few peas& potatoes & very little chicken! Very disappointed!!!! Will certainly think twice before I order it again!! What a shame!

Shorted me 1 of 2 pot pies in a pickup and accused me of lying. After calling and driving back, they wanted to check the security tape to verify I didn't get it. The picked a replacement pot pie out to office and out of my sight... At that point I told them to refund the the pot pie. They said do it on line. Please tell me why calling, driving back to KFC and pick up a shorted order is lying? Costs me more than driving in gas back and forth than the pot pie. No more KFC for me. Do NOT recommend.

What the h*ll are the "Greedy" Corporations doing now !!! Young & elderly workers are being layed off because of their new "Digital" remodels!!!So we try to go in and order, pay, and eat, you can't! Taco Bell just remodeled the same.So you must use machines to order, bank cards to pay, and go home to eat. Employees getting raises to try to live and pay rent, made the Corporations change their business model. Portions are smaller, quality is down, and over half emoyees fired! These Corporations aren't hurt by employees small raises. They made up for it from down sizing portions and quality ingredients. I refuse to eat or buy food priced as high as real restaurants, that do not support communities work force. What are people without Bank cards supposed to do? Children, poor, elderly, do not have Bank Cards.If they think crime is bad now, just wait until half the population is unemployed!!!

Owners need to train their staff badly. I get it if you make a mistake but wow poor girl couldnt get it right then was mad at me because she spilled everything on the floor including drinks and didn't want to give me new foods WTH she said "i cant do that" I said well I didnt drop everthing you did " I wont be going back there!!!!This was KFC in Brentwood Ca

This Place is sloppy. The staff is rude and the food is NASTY. They lost my business. Highly Recommend to not waste your time and money in this place or any KFC they are all the same.
