I have to give this place some credit. You know when you order something from a fast food place, it literally NEVER looks anything like the photo. Never. This place however, I ordered the quarter pounder deluxe burger. Obviously expecting it to look completely not like advertised. As I have been conditioned to keep my expectations low when it comes to fast food. But no. This burger looks like they took it straight out of the advertising on the menu. I feel the other franchises of Mc Donald’s would do well by having their employees trained here. .

I was paying cash. They made eye contact and let me wait in line for the register for a long time for then to later tell me they can’t ring me up at the register that I had to use the kiosk, I told them I am paying cash and said I still had to you the kiosk. I went to the kiosk orden, it didn’t print my receipt. Then had to do the line again to pay cash at the register. I also told them it didn’t print my receipt and made a horrible face and were not wanting to help figure out my order to pay. I had to be the one telling them what I order for them to find it. That makes 0 sense and they be rude at it. That at least took me more than 30mins. The “manager” is no help. The employees say is the manager not wanting to use the register.

Twice I have went to this McDonald and ordered 2 of the 40 pack chicken nuggets. Twice I only receive 1/2 my order. Store does not answer the phone and a complaint with missing items did not even get a response from the store or customer service.

I ordered a Big Mac large meal and I ask for large and ordered an extra latge fries in a separate bag. One fries were nice and hot and the other was almost cold. Very disappointed and frustrated. It made no sence. Tried to call to complain but there was no answer. I'm pissed. This is why I don't do Macdonalds. I tried to talk out of it but I gave in to the family wants. It will never happen again
