Absolutely devastated to be writing this review. I have been eating Nations since I was 5 years old and am 25 now. It has been a staple for breakfast, pies, Java shakes and of course, their amazing grilled cheese. Both family and friends agree it's one of the best grilled cheeses around...until it wasn't. About 4 months ago, my mom and I noticed a significant change in taste and quality of the grilled cheese. This location used to always *perfectly* grill the sandwich so that it was nice and crispy on the outside and cheesy gooeyness in the middle! The sourdough was always toasted to perfection and the cheese was always gooey and warm. Recently, they have not been grilling it at all. It comes out barely melted and the overwhelming smell of FAKE margarine (tastes like "I cant believe it's not butter" is nauseating. Go back to butter or whatever you were using before. Whatever corporate changed, y'all NEED to change it back. The service here is great and the people are friendly but they need to change their grilled cheese recipe back to what it was before!!!! Please MANAGEMENT, I BEG of you!!!!

There aren't many establishments out there offering pies anymore! So for pie day, I had my eye on Nation's. While I was at it, I might as well pick up dinner to go with dessert, right? I easily ordered on the website and it was complete with a "ready time" and all. Burger, onion rings, fries: not the best I've ever had, not the worst. Nothing was special about any of them. I wouldn't go out of my way to go to Nation's when there are better and cheaper options in the area. Props for the honey mustard dispenser though! I got the blueberry cream pie (seasonal) and it tasted like artificial sweetener through and through. No bueno.

disappointed with this place and not what it used to be. orederd the new "gigantic" breakfast burrito thinking it would be massive since i was hungry. unfortunately, was the size of a taco bell burrito and wasnt very tasty. my mom ordered the pancakes and they were thin and batter looked watey. on the plus, their cakes and pies are still great!

Im assuming this is the oakley location im reviewing. Worst nations ive been to. No sear on the patty(looked boiled), it smelled rancid and had a overly greasy texture. Just a soggy mess.

I had not been here in 2 years.....going back yesterday, I remembered why. Their customer service since they opened until yesterday has always been lacking. I called in my order in advance for pick up. They told me 15 to 20 minutes. Knowing them, I waited 25 minutes. When I paid, he said they were just adding my fries and my order would be ready. 10 minutes later, I finally got my order. I watched as they added my fries to a bag that had been sitting there for at least the 10 minutes I was there (but obviously longer since it was already there). It was not under a warmer, just sitting there. When I finally got my fries, the burgers were cold. They have never figured out customer service. And, like too many places now, they clearly care more about Doordash and Uber Eats than the customer standing in their establishment. Maybe we see in another 2 years.

Still one of the best places to get an old fashioned burger. Great customer service and my kids go crazy of their cheesecakes. Was pretty quiet the past few times we went in.

I always get a cheeseburger here. The problem i have is the bun. The bun is too soft and falls apart making it a big mess to try and eat. I would suggest asking them to toast the bun. Hopefully the bun will hold up better. Otherwise it is tasty. Just a huge mess to

The manager Veronica was the chef today, and she made a bomb.com burger. she ran that grill like a pro and every person that walked in she made sure she greeted them as well as everyone that was leaving and wished everyone a great day. She definitely knows how to run a restaurant. She puts her heart in it!! Thank you Veronica for my tasty lunch!!
