Seems like the review by John Lie must have been confused, because this is a restaurant on a golf course, not a hotel. My fiance and I are planning our wedding here (Wedgewood Weddings partners with the Nines Restaurant) and every time we come by for a planning meeting we come eat at the Nines Restaurant. In particular we as always hope to see the bartender Jeff; whenever we stop in he gives us superb service, going above and beyond. (Good enough that we specifically requested he bar tend our wedding)

While everyone enjoyed their salads, I have to say that the waiter took too long to get us our menus and was completely unattentive, even though the place was not particularly busy. Then he delivered our appetizer without the ranch dressing that it is supposed to come with. He never looked in our direction, so I walked over and asked him (nicely!) for the dressing and he gave me such a nasty look that I was shocked. He brought over the dressing several minutes later, and then seemed to improve his attitude, but I was totally appalled at his initial rudeness. Another server (a woman) took over toward the end of our meal who was extremely nice and helpful, so perhaps we will visit again. I enjoy the food there, but if he is rude to me again, it will definitely keep me from returning.

Just be aware that the price you see in the menu is not the price you will be charged. Ordered a hamburger, menu said $11.95 but when bill came I was charged $13.95. My friend order a hot dog that was listed at $7.50 but was charged $8.50. I asked the waitress what happened and was told it was the pandemic, further she said they didn't get new menus yet and after all it was worth it. I don't think this is allowed under consumer law. They can change the price on their current menus or warn customers of different prices. Neither of which they did.

This was easily the worst among the so-called luxury hotels I have stayed in (I have stayed in well over 500 over the past twenty years). There's that tell-tale sign of a poorly managed hotel as I waited a long time before I was checked in. I was initially put in a room so close to the lobby that I could hear the noise. When I asked to be put as far away from the elevators (or the lobby) as possible, I was given a room right next to the staff elevator (!). No apologies. The breakfast was equally atrocious. One morning I was told the wait would be 45 minutes. When I ordered eggs benedict, the dish itself was extremely hot but the food was stone cold (indeed, the spinach was partially frozen). When I asked to have it reheated, it came back at roughly the same temperature. I can go on, but it is not worth the while. It is NOT a luxury hotel, but basically a sub-standard Hilton or Marriott (and, indeed, it is owned by the latter).

Great place to grab brunch/lunch! John's Bloody Mary's are absolutely amazing and he's very personable, professional and has excellent customer service!! The Cali Sandwich, Apple Cider Salad & Steak salad are great choices!! Thank you John!!

I will never be returning to his restaurant. I thought since it was off of a golf course and at a country club that it would be professional and top notch. Well was I wrong! My friend found an airwig in his cup after pouring the last of the hot water from the metal water pitcher. He showed it to the server who's response was " yes I can validate that there is a bug in your cup." However he never apologized about it. He just treated it as a normal day accurance. After the meal and receiving the bill my friend mentioned it again to see if the server would apologize. The server responded " the hot water cost you nothing so what do you want us to do?" I have worked in the food business and we would have never said that to the customer. My friend was not looking for compensation but was looking for an apology from the server. The restaurant lost four customers. I will be giving this restaurant a poor review to everyone I know.

Sunday brunch was nothing special. We had hot plates for cold foods and cold plates for hot food. But the hot foods were cold to begin with so it didnt really make a difference. The taste of the food was nothing of note either. I was happy to see lox with bagels and cream cheese until I discovered the very skimpy amount of cream cheese both in quantity and portion size. This coupled with dried out out bagels was a big disappointment. The only thing that was as one would expect was the fresh fruit, and that was picked over and quite a few choices were unripe. Definately not what one would expect from a golf course. The 1/2 hour wait for our check was final insult. Although the staff was courteous and polite there was no making up for the lack luster foods from the steam table.

Perfect spot for a lunch with some great views of the golf course. Just wish they were open more hours.

We have been there for the Liberty High School volleyball and basketball sports banquets. The food was set up and served buffet style which was done efficiently and orderly. Both times there was a nice variety of food and it was fabulous! The serving staff was young and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend it!

The French dip and the zucchini sticks are the way to go.
