Right as I got to round table pizza the employees where super nice, we got a large pepperoni pizza and it took such a short time to make so we didn't have to wait for so long and the pizza was so good.

Ordered online. Cold pizza and olives instead of ranch. Did not think pizza could be difficult to make but they proved me wrong. Unfortunate because round table is my favorite but whoever manages this one is over their head.

Placed my order and waited 20 minutes. I saw my order on the window, and figured they would call me to get my order as soon as they were taking care of customer in line.I thought maybe my pizza wasn’t done yet and the boxes were empty. Saw the boxes placed below the counter, still thinking the order wasn’t completely ready.Waited another 20 minutes until person who ordered after me picked up their food.I asked for my food and simply got the pizza that was sitting under the counter. No apology. I was sitting next to order area. Place was not that busy…Customer service could be better.

Absolutely worst service of any pizza place ever! Do not go there! Order is never ready when they say, or like tonight... They gave my order to doordash! Not one sorry! No refund! Just looking me in the face with confusion!

This place has gone so downhill. Used to be good and reliable. Now, nothing but trouble! It’s usually Hours before your pizza shows up, if at all, on delivery. And then I was offered free pizza to return. So, just finally tried to do it and they said, “oh sorry, we can’t honor those anymore! I asked for a manager… sorry.. no one on duty. We used to Love round table. But, will no longer be going here! Just another local business that will be out of business before long. So sad :(

Ordered pizza a large maui, Zowi , at a cost of 43 dollars, they charge you a $2 service fee i paid cash, got home crust was hard and stale , hardly any toppings, was going to get a salad but after looking at that mess no way , this place is a pig pen , dont waste your money here you will be better off going to little Caesars, wont be going back

2nd time in a row I ordered delivery ans had a 60 minute wait time. I Was fine with that wait time, however 1 1/2 hours later I get a message saying your pizza is being picked up from door dash. I didn’t order from door dash and it took close to 2 hours. When the pizza did arrive it was cold and was definitely sitting on the shelf for an hour. Would like a full refund!

I'm not sure how a pizza place so empty can be so dirty. Virtually none of the tables were clean with some having dirty dishes the whole time we were there.The salad bar was mid, with the lettuce looking old and no tomatoes or cucumbers.The pizza itself was good, came fast and tasted good, but the salad would've been better if the salad bar was up to par.The service was ok. The cashier lady was nice but when i came to ask a question about refilling at the salad bar, I waited for the two employees to finish talking and they both quickly left as if I wasn't there... I was practically standing directly in front of her. Didn't bother asking and refilled anyways.

The only reason I'm giving this a 1 star is because it won't let me go lower. My experience here was terrible. We walked into the restaurant at 7:30 and there was only 1 order in front of us. We finally got to place our order 10 minutes later and it should definitely not be that expensive. Who charges 3 extra dollars per topping??? We ordered a large pizza with stuffed crust and a 12 piece garlic twist. They forgot to put stuffed crust so thankfully we caught it before they starting making the pizza. They told us it was gonna be a 25-30 minute wait which was fine. It only became a problem when people coming in after us were getting their food before us. 8:30 hit and we still didn't have any food or word when the food is gonna be done, so we asked. He told us our pizza was in the oven and was gonna take 5 minutes. 10 minutes later we finally get our food just to get home and it be undercooked. I would 100% understand if they're understaffed but you should vocally express that and tell people it might take some extra time. I don't mind waiting an hour, but don't tell me it's gonna take 30 minutes and then take an hour. I was not satisfied at all and don't recommend this place to anyone. The inside was the store was a mess too, dishes on every table. I would've called and complained but when I tried they didn't answer the phone and we were hungry so I'm not gonna go back in and try to get my money back.

I was told it wasn't ready and would be done in the next 10 minutes. After about 20 minutes I checked back with the cashier. She went to check and said my order did not print and we're going to start making the pizza. I wasn't going to wait another 30 minutes so I told them I wanted a refund. The cashier was super apologetic. In the 20 minutes that I was there she told at least three other customers that their order ticket had not printed. On top of that two of the staff members were arguing very loud where all the customers could hear them. Maybe it was an off day . I expected something more than just my refund but that's all I was given. Super disorganized

I have no complaints about their food. If anything, it is some of the best pizza I have had. But there was one light that was flickering really fast and was making me dizzy. Also the restaurant didn't have a physical menu. They even have 10 TVs in the restaurant and not one of them has a menu on it. Overall the surroundings and the whole vibe to the restaurant was low.

Terrible. I ordered my food on the app at 8:10pm. It said it will be ready by 8:29pm. I get there and the worker tells me it'll be another 10-15 mins. I didn't get my food until 8:42pm. Isn't the app available so customers don't have to wait for their food. There was no one there and no one in the kitchen which leads me to believe they were not busy at all. I get my food and it's soggy. I want a refund.
