Worst tempura I've ever had. So doughy items were horrible grease balls. Only could eat one piece. Dipping sauce was full of vinegar and was terrible. Salad dressing had so much vinegar in it it was awful. I told the waiter that and he said he didn't like it either. He did bring me a salad with a creamy sauce on the side (I don't think it was dressing) which was ok. Waiter was good that's how it gets two stars.

We didn't do the table experience this time, but we still enjoyed some amazing fresh food. The service was awesome as usual the food came really quickly. They were respectful, polite, and nice. Of course the room is a little bit loud because of all of the banging and tricks that go on at the table side. But overall it's a great experience. The restaurant is not necessarily dimmed, but it's not super well lit either so it gives a nice vibe. It's just romantic enough. I wouldn't call it super romantic, but I wouldn't call it a dive by the least bit. The food is always amazing. The scallions could've used a little bit more seasoning, which is why I typically like to die at the table. Benz Rolls were Amazing

We came from out of town (5 hour drive) to celebrate my mom and husband's birthday at Shirasoni in Brentwood. We had a party of 12 and were seated in a timely manner, our reservation was at 7:30, our chef did not arrive at our table until 8:50. Our waitress was great, however our chef (Esperanza) was terrible. She was not charismatic or entertaining. Her cooking was subpar and she seemed half asleep. She had no interest in entertaining our party of 12. This was the first experience my kids have had at a hibachi grill, they were bored and unimpressed with our chef. The chef at the table next to us was amazing, he kept the table involved and interacted with the diners, our chef was the opposite. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Our bill of over $500 did not seem worth it after our experience there.

Food is good but dont go there to sit at a regular table. service is forgotten and never got my drink I ordered. This isnt the first time we have gone for a regular dinner that wasnt being entertained and forgotten about. Asked to speak to a manager and they never came out to address the issue. disappointing cuatomer service

We were quickly seated on the sushi side (hibachi had a wait time) I would recommend getting the caterpillar roll if you aren't a "fish fanatic" it didn't taste "fishy" it was full of flavor ! Our server Steve was amazing ! RAH. Everytime we come here to eat we are always pleased !

There was one customer that was drunk and disorderly, loud and using foul language in front of women & children and the staff didnt do anything. This fool for over 2 hours cussing up a storm made tables around him feel uncomfortable. Shame on the staff for not throwing out this person..

Our cook was Art and he was great and food was good. However, charging 4.25 for a child's soda WATER seems ridiculous. They did take it off the bill when I asked about it, but charging for soda water always seems ridiculous period. Also, always check your bill, gratuity is automatically added regardless of the amount of people in your party.
I ordered a side of vegetables from Shirashoni. It cost me $15.17. I get home and realize there's no ginger sauce like they serve it at the restaurant. I called and asked how come they didn't put it in there? I was told because I did not order the dinner. It is my last meal at Shirashoni. Way too expensive and terrible customer service. Hello Creasian!!!

I arrived with my wife and two sons. We decided to just get a table and skip the show. All of our menus were filthy, literally disgusting. The table and chairs were falling apart and not 100% clean. My sense of this place is whoever owns or manages it just doesn't care. I see this place closing soon. I instructed my boys to put the menus down as we were leaving.

Who doesn't love a good hibachi meal. This place is usually pretty busy and definitely loud, however the wait is not long. The chiefs are pretty engaging and i really enjoyed my meal. I'll be back.
