UPDATE: 8 hours later, I have food poisoning. I'll spare everyone the details, but it was definitely the Taco Bell since that was the only thing I ate all day. Seriously considering reporting this to the Health Department. So gross! ------------------ Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The dining area is filthy. They must be short staffed because we were only able to order via the two kiosks and it took forever to get our orders. Only one out of four of our orders were correct. My Mexican pizza tasted like there was some kind of chemical in it. The dude handed over my "dragonfruit freeze" after I asked for it, but then later told my coworker that they ran out of the syrup so that's why there was no color or flavor. Mine was exactly the same: white. So we basically got unflavored slushies. Never coming to this Taco Bell again.

The amount of chicken in my flatbread was disappointing. I ordered two & thought I was tripping about it not having any chicken. I opened the other before eating & it was terrible. Rolled it right back up, & will be returning to the establishment with the order tomorrow. I pulled all the chicken out & compared it to the sauce packed. All of this bread. The amount of chicken could fit on top of the sauce packet I paid almost $7 to add lettuce & tomato & I got 6 tiny pieces of chicken & a whole lotta flat bread.

This taco bell sucks. Go to the other one in Brentwood, Oakley, Antioch. The people at this one are rude for no reason, don't know how to work the mobile orders correctly, and are slow. Now that I can deal with I normally don't mind, and just deal with it.What makes this one suck the most?They don't carry all the same sauces as the other locations.They never update their menu so you try to order something you see on the drive thru screen and they reply that they haven't had that item in months. (even though it's still advertised clearly as an item to buy, with a price on it, in the drive thru).WORST OF ALL - They skimp more than any other taco bell. So when it's time for that glorious 4th meal and you're plastered, you open your bag and the burrito is as small as your right pinky finger and the taco is broken in half with a sprinkle of lettuce and two pieces of ground beef.

Always get screwed in the drive thru. Ordered 12 taco pack half with supreme half regular (that’s 6 of each for the illiterate worker that took our order) charged for all supreme and were given all regular tacos. 80% lettuce and barely any meat on there. I get your workers are making minimum wage but at least put half an effort into getting the food out properly and doing your job.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Food was horrible. Got a chicken chipotle Melt. Almost $3 for it be half a tortilla rolled up. Food was dry practically inedible. Best thing was the Freeze. Never going to Taco Bell again. Better to wait in the In N Out line and spend less for more then go to Taco Bell and get served this horrible food.
Horrible Horrific chemical taste in the tortilla chips! I sure hope I don't get sick!!! Called to let them know, but a recording keeps coming on, so I left two messages, hopefully it will be addressed!

The young man that works the drive through is always on it. He’s kind, patient, and on top of his job. He goes out of his way to engage with you and he always gets my order correct. I don’t get TB often but every time I’ve encountered him, I leave feeling lighter. He’s a breath of fresh air and Taco Bell is lucky to have such a great worker.

Worst Taco bell that exists in the east bay. I literally went there 10 minutes ago. Charged 16 dollars for three items and they of course got it wrong. I live down the street and would rather drive to a different location at this point. If you order something supreme don't expect them to give you it. You will be charged extra for supreme tacos or in my case today supreme double decker and you will not get the sour cream or tomatoes with it at all it will just be regular. Not only that they fill the taco with a disrespectful amount of meat. 5 fucking dollars for a taco that they cant even get right. Fuck this place they mess up the supreme thing every single time. This is the 6th time its happened to me. Lazy ass workers. Im pissed
