i had their matcha creme brulee drink! it was creamy and had a nice matcha flavor. the brown sugar added a layer of roasted sweetness to the creamy matcha. it was nice! the interior of the place was decorated according to the season. it was so cute, i loved their chalk board wall. ordered my drink at the kiosk, and it came out fast! overall, really cute spot for a sweet drink!

My go to local boba spot. Always friendly staff. You can order ahead online or at the kiosk in the store. They give discount to first responders with ID you just have to order at register.

I've patronized Teazentea multiple times before, and today was the worst service I've ever received. It took an entire hour to get my drink. Being short-staffed and busy with mobile orders are understandable reasons, however, when you start to see five orders that were placed after yours get filled, you'll start to have less patience. I've asked about my order three times, and they kept on saying that they will get started on it. Not the best way to spend an hour of a Sunday afternoon.

Best tea in Brentwood. They use to have a strawberry crème brûlée smoothie but they stopped doing it recently so I order the strawberry smoothie and pay the extra dollar for the crème brûlée and it's worth it everytime
Rude employees and 30 minute wait time, went to pick up my order and the expo guy just tossed the waffle towards me without even putting the lid all the way on, do not tip until you are finished being

Nice selection of drinks. I love their pandan waffle. I can't get enough of them. They also have Ube waffle but my favorite is the pandan waffle. The atmosphere is nice along with the pandan waffle with a cool drink is so relaxing. Enjoy!

Took over an hour to get 3 drinks (no food). We followed up a couple times during our wait and were told our drinks are coming. On our third follow up, we were told there was a malfunction with the printer so they haven't made our drinks. Spending over an hour of my day waiting for boba is just not how I wanted to spend my day.
