Used the delivery service to cater a funeral. Food didn't show, no call to advise from Deep w/ Togo's. I had to call them to tell them they were over an hour late but now they had to wait bcuz we didn't want delivery during the funeral. Apparently, Deep had a family emergency and no info had been left with the store about delivering our order. Texted Deep the following day and there has been no response from him at all. The food was good but delivery & communication was awful!

Meh. I know better. I should not order specialty sandwiches at a chain. I got the Philly cheese steak, and it was out of the pre-cooked meat holder, not freshly made off the griddle. That's how it tasted, too. Get the turkey club, or the Italian sliced meats & cheese, it's a fast-food sandwich shop. Excellent service, clean restaurant.

Everyone is always so friendly here, whether they're busy or not. They are always fast here, and they have enough workers to help out when there's a big line. The ambience is open and inviting.. and our sandwiches were full of meat and very good. They make really good sandwiches there.If you ever in this area you gotta try them out You will not be disappointed!!! Yummy!!!!

Ordered a Hot Pastrami sandwich like everytime since it has been my favorite for years. Most recently ordered one and found that it had more bread than sandwich/meat. Literally had two thin strips of the Pastrami. Very disappointing.

Best customer service skills compared to all TOGO's locations from Tracy to Richmond!!! Especially when exceptional compared to Martinez location. Only downfall was my hot pastrami was dry. Kids there were so polite and kind! Will be back!

Ordered a turkey sandwich and it had mustard spilling out of it. Mustard dripped all over every inch of the paper wrap and covered both sides of the crust part of bread. It was everywhere. I walked up and asked if they wouldn't mind making one with less mustard or if they prefer, give my money back. I wasn't sure how they handled that type of situation. The lady who made my sandwich acted offended and put out. I showed her the paper wrap, the bread and now my hand that had mustard everywhere. I asked "would you like the sandwich back" it was in my hands. She said rudely "do what you want with it". At that point with the attitude, I knew I didn't want her making me another since who knows what she would do to it so I told them "never mind it is ok" and left. Out of a lunch & $. My family will never return.

Ordered pastrami sandwich. EXTREMELY dry and fatty. Even the pickles were terrible. I will never go there again. Worst sandwich I have ever had.

I ordered my sand as I watched the guy make it he puts on gloves but is grabbing dirty handles everywhere I. His station. I was immediately grossed out looking at all the dirty hand prints on the cold case where the meats are kept.

Came here as a kid with my parents all the time way back in 2007. Memories of this place crossed my mind. Wish one would open in the DFW metro.

Was overcharged $4 for my "daily deal" sandwich when I called to place an order and confirmed price with employee who answered. Told them about it when I came to pick up, they said employees here know what to do that's not possible. Heated sandwich was also not even warm. I picked up on time

Food and quality is good but don't expect to get what you ordered. I dont even get customizations and it still comes back wrong i used to work here and that's when this store was at it's peak. We had familys come in for specific people to make their food. Today the workers there wont even toast a sandwich that's comes toasted by default l. I'm tired of giving them chances.
