Just had the best wings and wingstop experience I have ever had! The assistant manager is one of the best employees with one of the best attitudes and customer service mentalities I have ever encountered! She was kind, but also knew her customer base and how to turn around a minor situation into a great experience :) she is the best! Managment / owners better never let her go!! The wings this time around where also top notch, the best I have had in over a decade of having wingstop; no doubt because of the AM and her attention to quality (I saw her check on the order twice).The dining room was as you would expect, but a bit bigger than you would think, to be honest. Would recommend and think that if you are kind to the staff, they will treat you well in return :)

This location is straight trash! I don't know why I keep giving them chances! I work in PH and wherever my DoorDash comes from, they show up and show out! They really feel like working! This location shouldn't even be in business! I am done! I ordered a 30 piece combo...15 Lemon Pepper, 10 Louisiana Rub and 5 Original Hot. I ordered the combo with regular fries and veggie sticks. I also ordered an extra side of ranch in addition to the three that already comes with it. I ordered a regular Parmesan fry well done in addition to the regular seasoned fries. For $93, I received terribly packed wings, with flavors that ran together, no veggies sticks, only 3 Ranch and 3 orders of the soggiest fries with barely any seasoning! I am done! PS I tried calling the store after waiting on hold for 17 minutes, I hung up.

Bad management. I went to pick up my oder and when I walked in they were busy but normal for a NFL Sunday but the crew were workin quick as possible but what I can only assume was the head manager did nothing to assist but instead talked down to the other associates and walked away...definitely needs to be retrained

Ordered through DoorDash. Order was accurate, food was hot and the boneless wing portions were large. Wings were seasoned and well sauced. Not dry like Buffalo Wild Wings. Would order from again.

DO NOT ORDER ON WEEKEND. We ordered online when we came to pick up, after 30 minutes, the order was not ready. Staff stated our order was just being made and take 30 more minutes. Our chicken wings were under cooked and not seasoned properly. We ordered lemon pepper seasoning yet staff made them without any seasoning except salt. They rushed our order which didn't make for good eating. Several other customers including Door Dash drivers had to wait at least 20-30 minutes for their orders. WE WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Lost a Good Customer.

ima 2 star this place , just for the simple fact that this wingstop is super clean inside . now was the food hot ? yes ! chicken was hot as hell from coming out the fryer . i got the cajun meal deal with the 8 piece bone in wings . the meal overall is good , but the only downside is an hour later .. i was throwing the food back up . idk why but it just made my stomach hurt so badly . another thing , my wings were hot but my fries were cold as if the fries were just sitting before they put the sauce & seasoning on it . i say that because the fries were soggy . the cashier he was pleasant . 2 stars because the wings were hot out the oil . but my fries were old & cold & i threw up

Slowwww. Do yourself a favor and go to the one Safeway. Ordering takes forever. Lady gets confused starts listing option when you give the exact order you want. She talks over you when she does not need to.

The food is always really good but they need to work on these wait times. No reason I should be waiting up to an hour and a half for the wings to be done.
Terrible service, they always get the order wrong and it takes close to an hour, even if you order in advance.Employees are rude, and they get more rude if you let them know that your order is wrong.I will never go there again.

I had such a good experience with this Wingstop location today. The food was so delicious. We always go to the concord location because this one never hits, but we decided to give this location another chances the fries were SO good. Hot honey was my favorite! All 4 new flavors are delicious. Service was nice too.

I order a day in advanced due to the amount of wings I was ordering. My wings we due to be ready at 12pm, I called them at 11am to verify that they received my order and it was going to be ready, they confirmed it was. I show up on time and they have the wings ready!The staff greeted me at the door and also said bye when I was heading out. Staff was professional.Order was accurate. No complaints from anyone who had the wings I ordered (50pc; 3 flavor bone in and 2 orders of fries).I was hesitant ordering here due to the reviews but my experience was a positive one. This has been my only visit at this Wingstop.
