“Tried this place out on a trip because we like to try new places and it didn't disappoint. Lots of menu choices, lots of seating, friendly staff, decent prices, and good food! Definitely a step up from fast food with many creative menu choices. “The food is high quality and worth the price. I personally love the Beyond Famous Star with criss cut fries. The employees there are so nice and welcoming. My only issue is that at the drive through an automated message that plays asking for my order before a real person comes on the mic. It's super confusing and a little unsettling. Whenever you visit, make sure to fill out the questionnaire on the back of the receipt. By doing so you get a buy one get one burger coupon. I use this when going out with my partner all the time.“
“2/11/23 I know what you're thinkin'...why Jack in the Crack after visiting Solvang? We gots to go!!! Hubby says that rain is predicted to hit Solvang & we wanted to avoid it for an uneventful ride back home. So we opted to just get a quick bite & skedaddle. This location is right before the 101 South, perfect! The staff was amiable & the service was quick, we were in & outta there in about 5 minutes, give or take. Got a chicken nugget combo with fries & hubby's chicken sandwich. Everything is pretty good except for the salty fries but maybe hubby's tome if the month is ip & he wanted the saltiness-am LMAO, coz he doesn't know I'm putting that on this review. Anyway, I know it's a chain & really nothing to write home about but the service was quick & he was nice, fries & nuggets were piping hot, tasty (although salty but hubby's giving it the 2 thumbs up). So I'll give em a 4 star. No muss, no fuss!“
“Stopped here for lunch with my kids and we all liked it. The food was delicious and the employees were friendly and helpful when we asked for a few extra condiments. My only complaint is that their teriyaki burger was really lacking the teriyaki sauce. Not sure if they put any on at all to be honest, but aside from that, the burger itself was good. My kids all loved their burgers, salad and grilled cheese. We will definitely be back.“

“They are at a new location, not behind Bell's French. Down the street at Bodega. Opens at noon.We got there an hour early. Line was around the block by noon.The food was very good. We got brisket and sausage and all the sides. The flavors all went very well together. The slaw and pickles were nice compliments to the smoky meat.We got 1.5# of brisket, one sausage, beans, rice, slaw, and pickles for $95. Had enough for 6 decent sized servings.I felt like it needed potato chips with it. Crispy shoestring potatoes or a piece of Jonny cake would really make it a 5 star meal.“
“This place is worth the hype and worth the wait. Some of the best waffles I've ever had. Look, the waffles and strawberries made such a purely sweet combo alone that I didn't need the whip cream or syrup at all. The waffle itself is super moist and soft. No complaints at all, would come back if I ever was in town.“
“Me my mom and my sister came up to solvang for work purposes but wanted to make the most of it because it was a long drive from the I.E.. We found this place and it looks like a whole in the wall but honestly was pretty decent. They have a lot for room. The food was AMAZING. We got the ranchero burger, a Cobb salad, and the ravioli with all 3 sauce choices and just decide to share amongst the 3 of us. It was so good the flavor and everything was so good. But let's talk about the service. Our server very much gave off the vibes like head rushing to order he came by probably about 3 times in like 8 minutes and we were trying to decide what to eat. Next there must have been a server off the clock eating at the restaurant before her shift, I have nothing against as I used to work at a restaurant and did that because it was convenient for me, but she was not only distracting servers from their tables but openly feeding her friends while they were working and it was obvious that their tables needed to be served but they didn't care. It wasn't until the manager walked out and said something did they finally get to work in which the employee who came to eat went behind the counter to clock in. The host were amazing and super nice. Over all it was really good and amazing and we would come here again“
“Menu was large, may be a little too much for some but certainly enough for variety. They had 3 different menus, a little overwhelming to look over. However, the cook/cashier was very friendly, the food came out quick in about 5 minutes and it was delicious. We had 2 hamburgers and 1 carne asada taco. Hamburgers tasted fresh. The taco had a nice cook on the tortilla, carne asada was tender and juicy, onions were cooked, and the hot sauce that came with it had a deep depth of flavor and perfect level of spiciness. Went last night and we're going back today!“

“Stopped by for a bite - located conveniently off the 101 and across the street from Anderson's Split pea this cute diner style restaurant has inside seating only- the dining room is decorated with vintage kitchen items from the 1950s and beyond. The wait staff is warm, kind and attentive. We had the club sandwich. It was huge! It comes with fries but I requested a side salad substitute and it was great- homemade croutons, veggies and the salad dressing tasted very fresh. The club sandwich was so huge I took half of it home. It is made the way I like it with lettuce inside each layer of sandwich. Hubby had French Toast made with cinnamon swirl bread. It was delicious and hubby wolfed it down. The portion was also large- maybe 3-4 slices of bread cut in half, dipped in egg, grilled and served hot. Prices were about $15-$20 Per person and parking was easy and plenitful. Only open for breakfast and lunch- they close at 2 PM so plan accordingly. Great place.“
