Danielle is the girl who helped me she was soo sweet and talked me into getting that chocolate cookie crumble I can't wait to try. Beautiful store big clean and inviting. They really have so much variety, the coffee is amazing here but decided on something healthy today a strawberry banana smoothie. Absolutely delicious, I love it here such a beautiful bakery! I love the outside sitting area too it's really nice and with the lovely water fountain and the shade. Nice to sit with your drinks outside and have a tasty treat :) Thank you Danielle for your help in choosing the cake and for being so sweet! 5 stars all around!! Come to 85° bakery it's so worth it. IE been there on April 8 order 2 pieces of cake and 2 drinks. THE girl that work at the cashier was charge us was very bad just got us only one cake and wall back. and i did asking her where is another cake. She make her face like she don't know what I talking about. And then i show her the receipt. then she just grab a cake and not even say sorry. I did not know her name but I saw she wear necklace " MICHELLE" BAD ATTITUDE not pay attention to work bad service

Ordered a cake for my grandma's 96th birthday and the cake was totally ruined. I can't believe this was acceptable for the employee to send as a product. Especially since they knew it was for a birthday. I tried to fix the big chunk missing by spreading the frosting.

I like this place as employees are friendly and their pastries are good. The problem is their drinks. 85 should train their employees here to be consistent. I've been coming here for more than a year and noticed that very few make decent drinks and the rest are horrible. Every time I come, I have to be lucky to receive a good drink and if not I would just put it to drain at home. Today I ordered two 85 coffee from a barista whose drinks were okay last time but when tried at home, they were not coffee but some creation no one would know. I had to bring back because this time I had 2 drinks to waste. At the store, again those nice employees offered to make another drink but then even by a different employee who I didn't know he was a manager, drinks came out like a mixture of water+milk tea??+some coffee taste but still a miss, not like other 85 stores. I better stop hoping to get a lucky day with good drinks anymore. No more this location. Management!! PLEASE train your employees correctly and consistently.

Great customer service! We wanted to tip the staffer but she said they have a no tip policy! Do you know of any cafes that do not ask for tips in America?! The drinks were fantastic and this location is very clean and well stocked full of desserts. Definitely our go to milk tea, coffee and dessert place in OC.

The worst location by far when it comes to service. Lazy workers who are clueless about their products. Little kids who have no concept of customer service. First time at this location and it will be the last. I would much rather drive out of my way to go to another location so I am treated right.

Waited a while at the register, but was never greeted or approached. Two employees looked my way and just faced the other direction after making eye contact. A third walked right past me, and that's when I walked out.
Stopped by to grab a few snacks a couple cookies; oatmeal macadamia and chocolate brownie, and a couple of jalapeños and cheese bread. Line went by quick as we were not staying long.. lots of selections to choose from the vibe was cool.. and a crowded parking lot

My husband and I have been to a few 85 Degree Bakery locations, but this one is our go to. We've visited this location several times and it's always been a positive experience. We recently stopped by to try some of the new dessert items from their Strawberry Festival menu. We ordered the Deluxe Strawberry Cream Cake, Deluxe Strawberry Cream Square, and Strawberry Danish. All three desserts were very delicious! I also tried their Strawberry de Leche drink (which was delicious as well), while my husband ordered a regular boba milk tea. It was a bit more crowded than usual, but the cashiers were very quick with getting the line moving. There's also a nice, large patio area outside of the cafe where we like to sit and enjoy our food and drinks whenever we come here.

I tend to go to 85 degrees C Bakery Cafe often because the prices are very reasonable, the bread tastes good, and the atmosphere outside is comfortable. In particular, the cafe latte coffee at this house suits my taste well.

The staff at 85 are all very friendly, but today I met an older woman who was particularly bad. I said I wanted reward coffee, which was free, and then she charged me 4.25 yuan. I explained for a long time, but she couldn't figure it out and had a very bad attitude! She doesn’t understand English either! It is recommended that the boss fire this person as soon as possible!

All other orders had been fulfilled and the staff was cleaning while I sat there patiently waiting for my order.
