We came here for dinner on the weekend and it wasn't too busy. There was a table that was drinking and pretty loud with their laughing, but we didn't mind. We got the chicken shabu that serves 2-3 people and since we were only a party of two, we got to take leftovers home. The noodles come near the end. The chicken shabu really warms the soul and it was nice since it rained earlier in the day. The salad that came with it was refreshing and the waitress showed us how to mix the sauce. Service was really good. We will be back to try the Andong chicken because that looks really good. I think they should consider changing the restaurants English name since they serve more than chicken shabu and not many people really crave chicken shabu.

If anyone wandered Korean Traditional Soup Noodles, Here is the one.

Everything tastes like store bought. The chick portion is too small for 2 people.

We ordered 'a chicken w/ noodles(2-3 servings)' and a 'potato pancake'. I thought it was going to be a whole chicken, but instead, it was all cut up. The potato pancake tasted just like hashbrown, nothing special. (I expected it to be on the chewier side like traditional potato pancake would be.) Overall, their food was okay.

Delicious hearty chicken soup, came with a couple of chicken dumplings that had really good flavor. Banchan selection wasn't huge, but what they had was good - I thought the jap chae was especially tasty. Waitress was friendly and spoke enough English to explain how to use the sauce (mix the brown sauce with mustard, add cabbage, and eat with chicken). I'd eat here again, and am curious to try their other dishes!

Chicken was too hard too chewy. Could not even finish all. There was only one server. So service was very slow. We had to call her several times to get or ask for something. She often forgot what we asked. Also, no apology or any offer when we told her chicken is too hard/chewy to eat. We paid full price for food that we could not eat. Wont go back. Waste of money

Food tasting was good. But overall, its very small portion. Noodle dish was right portion for my 2 year old, who doesn't eat a lot.

I personally love Chuncheon Dakgalbi so much that I was always disappointed that I had to go all the way to LA to eat it, but now that I can eat such delicious Dakgalbi in Fullerton!!! I visited without much expectations, but it was very delicious. It was cooked well and served on an iron plate so that it could be eaten right away. The thick sweet potatoes were excellent ~ the chicken was chewy ~ the rice cake was chewy and the seasoning was too delicious for my taste. In particular, the cheese and corn corn served next to the dakgalbi are completely my taste, so I was impressed!! The side dishes were clean, and the kimchi was delicious, probably because chicken kalsuksu is a popular menu item. The interior is just plain~ but very friendly. Highly recommended if you are looking for a dakgalbi restaurant in Orange County!! Since it was our first time, we ordered the regular seasoning, but it wasn't spicy at all for our taste, so next time we'll order it a little spicy and try it. If you like spicy food, keep that in mind when ordering. It was a happy dinner because I was able to eat delicious dakgalbi without having to go all the way to LA. Haha.

Although this place is known for their chicken dishes, I enjoyed their Korean Mountain Root Bibimbap ! It was so delicious and tasty! Would highly recommend coming here! Ample parking space and service is so good ~

I had this place bookmarked for a while and finally had the chance to visit! The restaurant was quiet as it was fairly empty for lunch, but I can see this place being packed at night for bigger groups. I ordered a beef jeon and chicken shabu for 2, and it was definitely more than enough! The chicken was very juicy and portions are pretty hearty with a really good price point. The lady was very nice and asked us if we knew how to eat the shabu, and gave us tips on how to use the sauces to eat with the chicken.I will be coming back for the Andong Chicken!

A hidden gem! Food was clean and just like I would get in Korea. Can't get better than this. People were nice and welcoming as well. If you want a non kbbq or kfc(Korean friend chicken) korean joint, this is the place to come!

Decent meal! We've been craving Andong (name of a city in South Korea) chicken (basically soy-braised chicken) for a while and this spot does the job. We thought it could be spicier but overall enjoyed the flavor! We also tried the pan-fried battered beef which was okay. I think with this place specializing in chicken, the chicken dishes are the go-to items. However, if you are craving some meat jun and makgolli, not a bad option to go for the pan-fried battered beef.Overall, pretty solid and we will be back to try the other chicken dishes (especially the noodles)!

This is a restaurant I frequent often because it is delicious. I usually order chicken shabu and meat pancakes, and this Chicken Shabu is highly recommended for those who can't eat spicy food.
