All kimbap is the worst. I always buy it knowingly, just in case, but it fails every time. Now I won't be fooled. Not only kimbap, but all food tastes like they save on ingredients? I wonder why they raised the price. The lady at the counter in front of me is unfriendly. Even though she is not friendly, I just wish she would at least show a smiling face.

First off, we have been coming here for rolls and chicken wings for YEARS, and we will continue to do so but now with less frequency. The rolls were all good and are still good. The ONE STAR is only for the wings and I hope the owners read this and take corrective actions. Pre-pandemic chicken wings were larger and they were always deep fried well - crispy skin with juicy center. Now, the wings are substantially smaller and over fried - hard shell with dry center. If the owners wish to maintain the same profit margin by using smaller chicken wings, then please adjust your cooking time to at least maintain the same quality. I can deal with getting less for my money because of inflation, but there's no excuse for turning out badly cooked food.

Find Awoolim Kimbap Factory inside H Mart in Buena Park. Hard to resist this place whenever we go shopping at H Mart. Still, we have always been able to resist except for one time.That one time we tried their Spam Kimchi Fried Rice and their Fishcakes. Both items tasted yummy. We brought the food back to my sister in'law's place cause there was no indoor dining at H-Mart.With regards to service, I have no complaints unlike other Yelpers. More than likely, we will try more of their food offerings in the future.

Wrong operating hour listed on Yelp Owner knows about it but refuses to change so it continues to confuse customersTheir real closing hour is 6 (had to ask the lady 3 times when they actually close, she refused to tell me it's 6 pm because she was already done closing the counter at 5:50)Food is mid at best

Sold a nasty spicy tuna kimpap the guy Refused an exchange and the owner was so rude and stingy over a $8 kimpap. A Korean lady she was a customer yells and screams at me saying I was blind putting me down as if I m disabled when I just asked for an exchange I just tried to explain they aligned it in the wrong pile . I owned a restaurant before but this is not a service we treated customers yelling and not even giving an exchange!

Worst customer service... bad taste food...I picked up omelette rice for my lunch and found out that the rice wasn't cooked well. I called this restaurant and complained about the cook to the owner (she said she is the owner of the restaurant) of this restaurant and she said "Bring it back" but never say sorry about the quality of the food. WT...I brought back the omelette rice to the restaurant and she dumped it into the trash in front of me and started refunding with a stone cold face but never say sorry...

Great to-go spot located inside H-Mart in Buena Park.They offer a variety of food like spicy rice cakes, kimbap, omelette rice, and fried chicken.I got an order of the soy garlic chicken which came with 10 pieces for $15.95. I also got a salmon skin kimbap. They have a large variety of kimbap offerings, and they all look very tasty. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, even better than some restaurants! Glad I could try it and would definitely come back when I'm craving Korean fried chicken.

This review is based on their customer service and not on the quality of their food.I called to inquire about catering kimbap and chicken for my daughter's birthday party. The lady on the phone was very eager to hang up. The only response she would give me was "just come in person and we can talk about it ok???" I would have liked to place the order through the phone and pick up my order on the day of the event since H-Mart (which is where the restaurant is located inside of) is a 25-min drive one-way from where I live... Oh well.Her rude manner and poor customer service wasenough for me to look for a difference place.

I'm a creature of habit and love variety, so naturally my go-to order is the assorted flavors kimbap (bulgogi, tuna, fish cake, and veggie). You get 5 pieces of each flavor, totaling 20. This is the perfect on-the-go snack, for a picnic, a potluck, or just an addition to a meal. Service is always friendly and food is solid. I always pick up kimbap whenever I shop at Hmart.
