horrible. I wouldn't give it any stars. my wings were uncooked - literally raw and the pizza was still dough - and it took an hour. when I tried calling no answer and the number was linked to John's incredible Pizza. this was absurd, gross, and I'm extremely disappointed.

Pizza was severely undercooked due to a massive amount of sauce on it. Gummy and inedible. Also forgot to add ketchup for tots and ranch for wings. Wings were edible but not good. Someone angry or who did not care at all made this pizza

Fake place, tried going there in person and found out its just John's incredible pizza HAHAHA.... wow. The pizza does not look ANYTHING like the pictures shown. The pictures are very detroit style, while the pizza you get is pretty much microwave quality. Save yourself the money and pick up Domino's or something.

I ordered from Grub Hub from this place, a pepperoni pizza and wings. Pizza was fine, but when I took a bite from one the wings I instantly knew something was off and saw that only the outer layer was cooked. The entire inside of the wing was completely raw. I cut into some of the other wings and found that several were also raw inside. I ended up tossing it and getting a refund, but warning to everyone who is thinking of getting take out from this place - maybe skip the wings.

Ordered the food online and even called to confirm and they never made the order. I waited for an hour and pretty much told me to F off when I asked where my order was. They didn't even refund me so I'm going to have to go through the bank. If I could rate 0 stars I would

Don't order out from here. I should've read the reviews. Their online ordering system or the employees are screwy. I ordered earlier in the day for pick up in the evening, an hour later and we still don't have our food. My credit card was charged but no food in our tummies. Also we were not allowed to enter to pick up our food, they required us to purchase a ticket to even enter the facility. Will not be coming here again.

So gross!!! Everything! I didn't reali,realize, I was ordering curbside pick up from John's Incredible Pizza. It only says that it's located at the mall. Not inside John's. I wouldn't have ordered it knowing what their pizza taste like. It was actually worse than how I remember it tasted the last time I took my kids inside there to play the arcade. ????
Food provided late, got the party pack, missing jalapeno poppers, pizza was cold, and wings were undercooked. Bread sticks were ok. Spending around $100 is not worth it here. I recommend to go elsewhere if deciding on spending this amount. Will not be ordering from here in the future.

Food took longer than estimated. They didn't answer the phone when I was at curbside to pick up. It took me 10 minutes to find the place to pick up in person because it's actually John's Incredible pizza.The manager didn't apologize for not answering the phone. Food is edible, but it's bland. Won't be ordering again.

It's a shame I'm having to leave this review at my second visit as the first experience went smooth and the food was good. I'm currently sitting in the curbside pickup stall. My email confirmation had the scheduled pickup between 240p-250p. It took at least 3 phone attempts between 2 phones (my wife and I) for someone to answer the call at 3p in which I was told they're "boxing it up" right now. It is now 332p and I haven't seen/heard from anyone and I can't get through on the phone again. If you plan on scheduling any kind of small gathering for food where timing is valuable look elsewhere. They're unreachable and unreliable

Winga had no crisp and were barely cooked. A few were still very pink although saucy and spicy. We were not given the dipping sauces that were ordered. (i didnt check at curbside pick up). A large order of tots was tiny. Vampire were cooked well but lacking the vampireness. Pizza was really great! Sometimes, when ordering online, you get taken. Do not order the chips and salsa for $12. Go to the store and by the same thing for a lot less. The quantity and quality were sad. My four stars is for the pizza and jalapeño poppers. Everything else, was a miss.
