The entrance and parking lot have no cameras so you can commit crimes here and get away with it because there will be no proof. I was assaulted by a person in an electric wheelchair who was kicking their service animal. I called the police to report it and due to lack of proof the poor animal remains with this person. Me being hit wasn't my issue as they where in a wheelchair after all. It was the animal I am concerned for. This Carl's jr on La Palma in Buena Park is a free for all illegal activity. No cameras to protect it's customers or our precious pets. Had this lactation had cameras at entrance and parking lot I could have saved this animal. There is no excuse for animal abuse. Officer said dog was happy and playful. Every one knows if you kick a dog it will still come back to you. I did my part by reporting it. I will sleep better knowing I did everything in my ability. I have NO complaints regarding service or food. Safety and the lack of protection will keep me from returning to this Carl's jr and all of them as I can only assume all of the stores have the potential for unsafe parking lots and entrances.

Pretty unsatisfied with the service here , asked for no powder sugar on our French toast for my son , who is allergic , they gave us the food , just checked to ensure it was not on it and it was . Now I have to wait inside , no worker in sight to help , so they can tell me I have to wait 5 minutes . Granted , now my food is getting cold while I wait for them to correct something they should have from the start .and also to have to also eat cold food when I get home .
