If you don't have time for a sit-down dinner. This is just as good as the restaurant. Same wonderful chicken, sides, and biscuits. You can get anything from a 2-piece meal to a huge bucket of chicken. When we placed our order for the 3-piece meal, they asked if we wanted a beer growler or bottle of boysenberry wine. My wife likes wine more than beer, so I agreed to wine. The was surprisingly good., great berry flavor smooth finish and complimented the chicken, actually.

We've enjoyed Knott's chicken for many years so our most recent family order was very disappointing. The chicken was dried out, tough and lacking flavor. And too expensive. The boysenberry pie was good but it didn't compensate for the bad chicken.

Very tasty fried chicken which is priced less than Popeyes. I ordered the 8 piece which came with 2 sides and biscuits and jam. The mashed potatoes won the vip award because they were amazing. Everything was delicious. A slice of pie is 7.25 so instead of getting 2 slices I ordered the whole pie at 22.00. Mmmmm! Very beautiful yummy pie! Service was friendly and quick. Highly recommend.

First time going to Knotts and figured I had to try their friend chicken since I saw so many people waiting in line. Place was really busy but line moved fast. Chicken was great would get it again.

I had a disappointing experience during the Sunday buffet on 3/15, I asked for a medium rare slice of prime rib and the carver gave me a well-done slice and said “close enough.” The steamed vegetables were too salty and the gravy was bland. The best part of the experience was the nice omelet chef who smiled and waved at us as we walked by. I also saw him help an elderly guest who was having difficulty pouring syrup. I had to ask several times for table side condiments, and bowls for the posole.

I do not know what happen to Knottsberry Farm chicken. I was disappointed in chicken and biscuits. The chicken taste like it was cook in old grease The biscuits were heavy not light like they use to be. I hadn't had the chicken in a couple years. I was excited when my husband surprise me and brought it home. After enjoying it for 35 years I was sadly disappointed. I hope they get back to the chicken and biscuits that I used to take my out town family to enjoy. Where's the boysenberry?

Food was basically tasteless. It is definitely not like the Knott's of days gone bye. The best tasting item was the boysenberry pie. Service was fast and Claudia was a very good waitress.

I wish the Boysenberry brunch wasn't $72. The food wasn't worth it at all and neither of us were drinking alcohol at the time. No signage anywhere. We felt like we got robbed.

I do enjoy dining here whenever I am going to Knotts. My mom worked there back in the day and I have been going there for 60 years. Food is always consistent and you can count on good quality food. The service was very good. We enjoyed ourselves like usual.

I have loved coming to Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner as a child. I haven't eaten here in over 15 years but the food was still delicious as I can remember. The restaurant looks as if they expanded and it was still quaint but with modern touches. The service was good and fairly quick. The food was tasty, especially the biscuits and friend chicken but the veggies were bland. I thought the pie was going to be warmed up but it wasn't. I still ate it though! I made a reservation and was seated at my reservation time. I only waited 5 mins on a busy Sunday at the lunch hour.

We wanted to try this restaurant due to its historic nature and positive reviews. The food was fine, but there wasn't anything we would particularly return here for. Additionally, it took us about an hour for our food to be served, with tables around us who had arrived later getting their meals much faster than we did (we didn't have a large party or complicated orders). Our server apologized for the delay, but we were surprised and disappointed since we wanted to go back into the park more quickly. Overall, it was a fine experience, but was marred by the long wait time.

What happened to the original recipe for the fried chicken? I have gone back two times since the reopening wanting/hoping that things would get better.. but to my disappointment , it has not..,I find the chicken very bland. I guarantees you that Knott's Berry Farm would not exist today if this would have been Mrs Knott"s recipe! Oh and another thing... the breads used to be served in a basket wrapped up to keep warm... now on an open plate open to the elements and allowed to get cold as soon as the plate touches your table. The corporation that runs this restaurant should attempt to maintain some of the charms and flavors this restaurant had. Without this... it becomes just another restaurant that offers you a chicken dinner for $26... when you could spend that same amount at a KFC and get a better "bang for your buck" and have a more flavorful coned dinner!!! Good luck... let me know when the original recipe for the chicken is reintroduced.

The food was fair, the biscuits were doughy and the mash potatoes were not the best.. also the soup had a funny after taste. The price of the food was reasonable but $6.99 for the punch was ridiculous. The place was too loud to hear the person next to you. Over all I would not be back.

The restaurant was fine... but Knotts will charge you full parking cost as if you're at the theme park, which is $50 for preferred and $30 for parking farther away. We had a party of six with two cars and one elderly relative in a wheelchair. We ended up getting street parking a half mile away. Good thing we allowed extra time to arrive! I thought my fried chicken was good but lacking spices. Others ordered chicken pot pie or chicken & dumplings and they were happy. Meals include salad, either soup or rhubarb (both good) and a slice of pie. I had a half chicken in pieces... so that's a good value.

The fried chicken is tasteless, needs seasoning. chicken pieces are very small. Biscuits taste awful, maybe too much baking soda. I don't know. It sure isn't the flavor of a buttery comfort food biscuit. The mashed potatoes look piped onto the plate in a perfect circle with gravy in the middle. The chicken soup was ok. Our waitress was great very attentive. We left her a nice tip. It's not her fault the food taste so bad.
